First and last time well eat here. The sign on the door asking us not to let the door slam shut should have been the first clue. (How about fix the door??) No one greeted s. There was no hostess stand. Were we to seat ourselves? Another diner told us that we should just pick a table. A server came by and literally threw 2 menus on our table without uttering a word. After several minutes, a different server asked if anyone took our drink order. By this time, we were ready to order, but she seemed only interested in drinks. It turned out she was our server and later took our order. Very slow service. I got the Florentine Benedict. The eggs and hollandaise sauce were good, but there is no excuse for using frozen, chopped spinach. Bleh. The pancake side was warm but the non-butter spread wouldnt melt. What was that greasy margarine wanna-be? Just awful. My husbands chorizo scramble was mediocre. The side of potatoes looked GREAT -- crispy, seasoned, homemead. Wrong. They lacked salt and fat -- but please, not the stuff that was on my pancake. We had to ask twice for ketchup and salsa to make the potatoes edible. My ice tea was never refilled. Actually, the server never returned after our second request for condiments. The original server who threw the menus at us brought us our chedk. She was very friendly then. Too little, too late.

I went it to ask about eating outside and apparently the bus girl told me that we had to order to go. I said OK, thats fine. Then I turned around and waited for a waitress. Then the manager came over and dressed me down for being rude to the bus girl who had spoken to me and I "ignored" her. It possible that I didnt hear her since Im over 50 and I have problems hearing, but I was shocked to be so rudely reprimanded for having done nothing worse than simply not hearing someone. In any case, I will never recommend this place again to anyone for fear that they may be told off for having done absolutely nothing wrong.

Stopped in this morning for breakfast. Normally Ive had nothing but great service but today the gentlemen working did not acknowledge us waiting to be seated as the sign posted. Then when he finally got to us, without a smile or anything just said sit where you want, so we did. After 10 minutes he walked by us several times took several orders of others who had been seated after us. We sat and patiently waited. But no water or anything. After 15 minutes we decided to go somewhere else. Sad to say that his service will keep us from enjoying la bellavia again....... a smile goes a long way. Words do too!

I had the Beaver street eggs benedict, its salmon and cream cheese. It was absolutely delicious. The salmon was a little dry in some places but the sauce made up for it. The potatoes lacked seasoning but I still ate them. The pancakes were fluffy and have that perfect sweetness without the syrup. The time we went was actually really slow, there were only about 3 tables used so it didnt feel packed. Good service! Also check out Macys next door for coffee and tea! Both places are fantastic!

If you sit outside, you might be forgotten awhile, though the weather was perfect enough to make up for it. Eggs Bellavia had onion bagel, poached egg, and hollandaise sauce, but no character. Pancakes were undercooked but have potential to be delicious if they are done right. Nice staff, just need to be more attentive to outside patrons. Probably wont be back but glad to sit outside between long drives.

We ate at La Bellavia,Brandys, and Mike and Rhondas on our honeymoon. Husbands opinion: La Bellavia was by far the best food out of the three stops. (Had the French Toast, eggs, and sausage) Wifes Opinion: La Bellavia was the best (had eggs Benedict) followed closely by mike and Rhondas (best waffle shes had in a while) Both of us agree that Brandys came in third, but wasnt bad.

Disappointed. Had high hopes after seeing some of the reviews on here. The restaurant only had a few other patrons besides my wife and me, however our food still managed to come cold. Coffee was ok, had the french toast while my wife had eggs, potatoes, and sausage. The waitress was really nice and the atmosphere was great, i will not be back.

My honey and I ate breakfast there the other day. Coffee - so-so; my omelette - great, potatoes - tasteless; honeys food not warm. What was disturbing was the amount of dirt collected on the ceiling fan blades and anything else hanging from the ceiling-is there a health dept? do they not care about dirt? gross!!!!

I dont generally like breakfast, but Eggs Benedict is my exception. However, I am known among friends as a bit of a hollandaise sauce snob. I am pleased to say. That their sauce is fantastic. Im visiting from out of state, but I wouldnt mind finding an excuse to come again and try some more!

The Worst service ever, the food was alright. The service just sucked, waited for at least 25 minutes just to order the food then waited another 25 minutes to get the waiter to give us the check and take the check from us. The worst service of all time, wasnt even offered anything to drank.

This little "hole in the wall" restaurant is in a cute, old part of Flagstaff. The dining room is small and tight, but it is worth it. I recommend the trout, egg, and pancake breakfast. Simple but perfect. The servers were friendly even though they were busy.

It looked likea great place with a home style atmosphere, however, my family and I took our leave to enjoy breakfast elsewhere promptly after the staff was incredibly snide and rude about our service animal. I wouldnt recommend it just based on this bias.

I love La Bellavia. Theyre open early (630am) so you can grab a bite before class or a day on the slopes, and theyre portions are HUGE! I love the Jesse with extra avocado. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is a little cramped but is charming.

Great atmosphere, food, and service. I had the trout breakfast and it was delicious. We just happened upon the restaurant in our journeys and it was one of the best meals we had in our entire stay in Arizona.

Terrific & friendly staff, treated me like one of the family. Great coffee, I had scrambled eggs and country potatoes, it all tasted like my mothers cooking. Good music, local art for sale adorns the walls.

The Chorizo scramble was really good and my SOS Benedict was Amazing...found this place on the Internet this morning trying to avoid IHOP and Dennys. Atmosphere is nice and artsy. Loved the experience!
