My son and husband were in AZ oct 26-30th 2016- They were there for a father son baseball tournament. At approxamerly 12noon Thursday Oct 27th, they went for take out, ordered inside To grab lunch my son purchased 2 hard shelled tacos my husband ordered a chicken sandwich. 1 taco was eaten and within an hour or less my son began violently vomiting. This has continued for 6 days with 1 trip to urgent care where a fecal sample was sent for testing for food bourn illness. The vomiting was so bad that an additional trip this time to the ER occurred today. It is highly probable that your beef taco is thee culprit to his illness and pending fecal results we are filing a complaint with the AZ DEPT OF HEALTH and will report to the CDC as well. Compensation of all medical related costs are being requested for reimbursement. I am outraged over this, and we have already begun the filing process We would appreciate. Respons to this and of any other reported illnesses at this location. Fecal repot expected by tomorrow or Friday and this will tell us what form of bacteria toxin was in this hard shelled taco. Was there 3 times this week. At the pay window, during the day, the gal talked and talked prohibiting me from pulling to the next window. I thought she was just overly chatty. Tonight, I ordered 2 tacos and 3 chocolate shakes. They were out of tacos so I got chicken strips. The guy in front of me was also stopped at the pay window even though no one was in front of him. Finally, I got to the pay window and he asked me to wait there and not pull forward even though no one was in front me any longer. I said no and I pulled forward. 8 minutes later I got my chicken strips and 1 and a half shakes. They said they ran out of shakes and asked what I would like to replace the 3rd shake. I said I didnt want anything. He says ok. Didnt offer my money back. I had to tell them to give me the money back. Never got a receipt. We will not be back. They are trying to fudge their time and since they are doing both day and night shift, clearly its been told to the employees its ok by the manager. Not ok!

This Jack in the Box isnt one. They are so rude. They packed my food in a tiny bag. And there was a hole in it. And when I called back took pictures. He told me to come back 20 min because there was no rice. They were rude. I pull up to the line and I tell the woman I was here for the bowl.anf the woman had a attitude, when I asked about the rice. And told me to pull up in a rude manner because she couldnt hear. I finally make it up there and she was rude, saying how its going to more time then what the guy said. This isnt the first time me and my family had an bad order. They sit there laughing and forgetting stuff. And then it takes more than 1 person to do my order. They are laughing and I dont feel comfortable to be there. I feep as if they are doing something to my food. They dont talk to you in customer service respect. I dont want to come here anymore, and this was my favorite. Ill rather drive 50 miles then c9me here.

Worse service ever! Upon receiving my change, I asked if they could break a $20. The young lady was helpful and sweet and gave my $20 to her manager to make changes. However, it got really bad when another employee came to the window with my change asking me "why the hell do you need change? What my $20 isnt good enough? Whats worth more a $20 or four $5? So why do you need change" My boyfriend, who was aggravated, then stepped in (who was in the passenger side) and asked him to mind his own business and to give us our change. The guy then gave me my change and began laughing and we drove away. Seriously, this location has some extremely immature employees.

Everytime I come here my order is always wrong kitchen staff seen to look very sloppy and unhappy with there work enviornment. One of the managers looked like she had a black eye and was hating the world.. as Im writing this three people walked out. And customers are standing in line complaining about EVERYTHING!. today was by far the worst experiance I have ever had here. this is mike, We were in town for father /son baseball tourney on 10-27-16 thru 10-30-2016 at goodyear park , on the 1st day in between games we went to eat at n estrella jack in box, my son had a taco and in half hour became very sick, he was bed ridden for 2 days and wasnt able to enjoy this trip, we tried everything and today is 11-1-2016 and we are back in NY we had to take him to doctors, he is being tested for food poisoning , results will be posted

Horrible. Theyll screw you like thieves. I expect to get all of the food that I pay for. Completely ripped me off, I didnt get a receipt so no way I can show what they F*(&ed up. Im left hungry and so upset, not first time this specific location has messed up my order, at least last time I got food. Im very much annoyed.and I shall spread the word. DIRTY ROBBERS

The above two people must be employees of this restaurant, everytime I go to this location it takes forever, youd think me having to wait 20 minutes for 6 tacos they would have been warm, wrong. I have never complained about a fast food place ever, until now.... But this was horrible... edit: the only people who said something positive must work there

Slowest jack in the box ever. Its like 10 am Ive waited 15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. Manager is ruining around like a chicken with its head cut off and the other 2 employees are standing around bullshitting. After finally receiving my food I get in the work van and continue our commute to work and both sandwiches are wrong.

Ok. I ordered 2 supreme croissants at 0941 hours and its now1004 and they just called my number. You think after all this time the order would be correct... but I got a waffle sandwich instead. Come on, 20+ minutes, and half my order is wrong. Quality control people, and the ones in the drive thru arent your only customers.

This location is an abomination. I seriously had to wait almost 15 minutes for two shakes I was the only one in line. Then when we got our order there was ice cream all over the cup and it was a total mess. Everyone who works there looks like they want to kill themselves, it looks unclean, and the food tastes like plastic.

I will give one star because thats the lowest you can rate i sat in the drive threw for 30+ mins with 2 cars in front of me and when i got to the window they forgot half my order. I will not be going back to this jack in the box
