Allow me to start by saying that I spent almost 10 years working in the fast food industry. I know how the quality of all the food that my family ordered is to be. Food quality was very poor across the board. The drink station was a mess. While watching an employee cleaning up the dining area they were using 1 towel for everything. Wiping tables, seats tops and lids of trash cans. When I picked up our order I witnessed the cook handle meat with his hands. Even gloved hands... this is a no no. This is what tongs are for. Now with that said... customer service. I would comment about it if there was anything to comment about. Shift manager had to pause a customer in front to me that was giving his customer to read out what went on a sandwich to the cook. With me she took my order fine but did not read it back or do any suggestive sale. Sadly, I love Burger King and this resembles every time I go to this restaurant.

It always has a good environment for children and families while also having some areas for the trendy crowd. The food is usually pretty good other then the light chance of them messing up your order. They also have a kids area which is always kept mostly clean which my daughter loves. My only complaint is that the food can sometimes take a while and miss something on your order like a value fry.

This store just went through a major renovation. Unfortunately they didnt bother to renovate the crew. Only a few months as a newly renovated store I visited here. The floors hadnt been swept or mopped in a while. The bathroom was unbelievably filthy. Literally a soiled diaper was under the wash bin. I can only attribute this filth to the lack of care by the management and crew.

Clean, good service, good play place. One of the employees trashy kid was being a bully at the playplace and crawling under patrons tables and peeking over their shoulders at their phones while his slovenly mom ignored him. He was loudly boasting that his dad is the manager, if any supervisors want to take disciplinary action regarding an employees familys behavior.

Its really nice because of the location. You can get your order to go, head out the door, toss it in the conveniently placed receptacle. Then look to your right and see the McDonalds, thats, for some reason, tucked a qt. mile off the road. Not sure why they keep McDonalds hid in Kingman, but they do and now you dont have to eat Burger King. Ur welcome

Very disappointed in your Big King sandwich. There is nothing big about it. Its a very small burger in my opinion. I will not waste my money and time again. This is not a reflection on your store or your employees because we like the store and the employees. Again this is NOT a reflection on the store and employees !! Just the sandwich.

Service sucks, they took over 7 mins to take my order and I was the only one in line no one else in the place, then it took them 16 mins!! for my food and they never gave me a number for it either. The ice coffee I got didnt taste like coffee it tasted like milk with vanilla flavor. Sad to say but Im eating else where for breakfast.

I ordered a whopper and a fish sandwich. Both were microwaved old crap...not fresh!! The whopper was edible, but the fish sandwich was cold, dry, and over cooked. Thats not the worst part...it was AWFUL and both for over 5$ a piece...it was a bad joke!! Im pissed off!!

Very friendly staff, great play area and super clean. I was travelling and this was so so different then the ghetto BKs back home...very shocking in a good way. The worst part of it was the food but thats only because its BK and not the 80s way of making it.

Waited half a hour for some cheese burger and fries, never came in that time and I had to ask for a refund to make my bus. Chucked a penny over the counter to them to show how good their service was. 6 people in the place and cant even make a cheese burger.

Its a Burger King. After a couple hours of driving, its practically heaven, though. Clean and neat, enough parking, decent service, and they made my double cheeseburger with extra mustard and pickles, as I requested and God intended.

Dirty unfriendly workers employees standing around and nothing cleaned manager and assistant manager were there at that time we asked for napkins the manager respond did not anything to try and clean clean up the area

Gross! I ordered a whopper Jr with cheese no pickle no onion and when I got home, there were onions on it. Looked like it had been made in advance waiting for someone to order. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great food. Sometimes staff doesnt get orders correct, but its always been fixed by management. If youre just traveling through double check your orders and get all your suppkies before you leave!

Our breakfast was hot as it was made to order while I wait. We got burritos and sausage croissant meals. Got a cherry coke and it actually tasted like cherry coke. Impressive.

Pretty pricey for fast food. Burgers were maybe a half a centimeter thick, along with the chicken patties. Fries tasted old. But the milkshakes are very good.
