I was extremely disappointed tonight very frustrating. I had a long day at work and just wanted to get a quick bite to eat on my way home. First off I waited a couple minutes before the girl came online and asked me to wait. And then before I could even finish my order which is only two tacos and a three-piece jalapenos all I got out was to monster tacos and she asked me if that was all and I said no Im still ordering. so the girl had a little bit of an attitude and then I sat at that window for a good full 15 minutes and then I was asked to go ahead and pull around so I pulled around and I waited some more and I finally got my receipt and walked in and said I want my money back. And the lady was finally getting my order when I said that and I really didnt have much desire to eat after that. I wolfed down one taco and I havent touched the rest yet its very disappointing.

I have talked to two shift leaders and ask for the manager I even called one day for the manager they said their manager leaves at 2 oclock in the afternoon I said that the drive-thru window is really dirty they tell me that someone else comes and cleans it and I said it only takes a bottle of Windex and some paper towels to wipe it off it looks horrible for a customer to sit and wait for their food and not only that to watch their food come through that dirty window

Good service and clean. At 9am all the handicap tables were still pushed all the way in from cleaning and not accessible to the handicap. Everything was fine aside from that and the really big chicken sandwich is a good deal but too big to finish without feeling sick & I think it is the chicken breading/fryer pan oil.

Times of hours of Jack in box closing is at 1 a.m. on Saturday nights. We got there at 12:15 a.m. I drove 20 minutes out of my way just to get to Jack in the Box on time. Seriously disappointed at Jack in the Box right now for closing early. They should be on times of hours whenever we want to closed. You guys suck.

Really doesnt even deserve one star..8 people on line..3 cars at drive thru..manager on duty stressed..held all orders inside until they caught up orders..wanted to try for the first time...lol..oh Well..may be next time..

I got dragged in here. Of course I read reviews. Have to say, wow. The staff is friendly and keeps everything spotless. Not even a straw wrapper in the parking lot (I witnessed an employee pick one up!!).... impressive.

I have had missing items in my order the past THREE visits and no one ever answers the phone to discuss this!! Nothing makes me madder than paying for items I dont receive or having to drive back while my food gets cold.

Dirty and in desperate need of updating. Drink machine did not mix correctly and food was average. Prices are sky high for an old average restaurant. Wont ever be back. Shoulda went to in and out the next exit over.

Super friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and excellent food! I love their panko crusted onion rings, absolutely delicious. It is a bit more pricey than other Jack locations, but well worth the price for quality food.

The womans restroom was dirty. Hand towels on floor outside of restroom door. Trash in the parking lot. Food was OK, I ordered a cup of hot water to go ( for my tea) but she couldnt get the cup only half full.

Bullhead city, AZ has the best Jack In The Box, Period. Love the fresh made food, love the location and love all the employees. What a difference a well managed Jack In The Box makes.

Long wait for cold food. Half of our order was wrong. Had to ask them to fix it. They were out of everything napkins straws etc. Every table was dirty at close to 2pm. Not worth it!
