While Panda is one of our kids favorites, I would travel the extra 3 miles to avoid buying anything from this location. Coming home late from work Friday night I picked up the kids favorite Orange Chicken. When I got home every piece was dried out and crunchy. They tried to eat the less crispy pieces but gave up and went for cereal instead. I was really disappointed but as it was already late I decided to wait until the next day to stop by and return the food. I fully expected an apology (the food was clearly gross looking like had sat all day under heat lamps) but rather than getting an apology I was given a reprimand by the manager saying that I should have brought it back the same night. Are you kidding me? I said hey I had 3 hungry kids it was after 8 and no way should I be inconvenienced because of a lack of quality control on their part. Then she said hum looks like you eat some. She looked at the receipt and (this is no joke) started counting how many pieces remained. I said what are you doing? She said you ordered a two entree looks like just a little more than one entree is left. I said right, I am pulling a big scam I order two entrée and eat some of one and try to get my money back. She keep counting the next plate. In total disgust and disbelief I told her if this was her idea of customer service she could save the time counting and keep the food. I left and will never set foot inside that Panda again. What a disgrace to a great franchise.

this Panda location is awesome. the people are always friendly and super helpful. the lady who is usually in running things (she wears a white shirt, so im assuming she is a manager or something), but she is SUPER nice. always greeting everyone who comes in, and remembers the orders of all the regulars. she is a slightly taller than average Chinese woman, you cant miss her :) i would highly recommended this Panda Express location. The only negative thing is when the Jr High has 1/2 days, all the kids flood that place and make it impossible to enjoy lunch without smelling Axe Bodyspray and hearing 12 year olds swear like theres no tomorrow.

I entered the store at 5 p.m. All they had was orange chicken and beef and broccoli all other entree items were empty. The cook was visibly not cooking anything at the time. So I settled for what I have and then was told they had no working cash drawer for a cash paying customer. Will definitely be calling corporate. Worst experience at express ever. I will I was the only customer inside at the time.

i like panda express but this particular 1 is extremely unprofessional. Although it is the closest to me I do not like going there and I hate that I would have to travel farther to get to another one. Unfortunately I have consistently had bad experiences at this location. So now I am searching for other chinese restaurants near my home :(

The staff are friendly here but Shanghai beef is not always made fresh. When ask for fresh batch, they dont want to make it unless left over is sold. Beef looks like its been sitting out for at least 2 hours. Dark & dry, even thr string bean/green bean looks brown & dry. When its made fresh, it is great with its flavor.

The worst Panda Express Ive ever set foot in. I ordered chow main orange chicken and cream cheese wontons the chicken was bad the chow main was gross and the food made me as sick as a dog. I told the manager what had happened and I was kicked out of her store. Better off going to another Panda Express.

Always fresh food here. They constantly make small batches of their buffet line entrees. I had a 2 item plate. Choice of fried rice, white rice or chow mein. I had chow mein with Beijing beef and teriyaki chicken. I cleaned my plate. It was very tasty. A great place for Chinese fast food!

This restaurant is no different from all the other Panda Expresses I have been to... And that is a good thing! I like the fact that I can go to any Panda Express and know I will be getting delicious food from very nice wait staff.

They Have Roaches There! I Wont Go Back There Ever Since We Seen Roaches... One Time My Husband & I Went To Get Dinner & Walked Right Back Out Cause We Seen Them Crawling Around on The Floor Near The Dining & Register Area!!!

Average Panda here. Mostly good service but Ive been a couple times and gotten horrible service. Ive gone in once 45 minutes before they close and half the food was gone and they wouldnt make anymore.

So far not very good. Walked in and there was a child crawling on the counter. His father did nothing to stop it. They forgot the sauce for the chicken. And if theres more, Ill let everyone know.

We made a complaint about the chow mein not having enough noodles and the lady loked at us like we were crazy, and dont rush us when were the only ones standing in line!

Very hit or miss... Sometimes standard Panda, sometimes hard orange chicken.. Depends on the day and time and whos working. Staff is ok, but the food is hit or miss
