UPDATE- Just a little update to my 1st review.... My wife and i went back and tried it again. I will say that the food was just a good as it was the 1st time we went! Everything tasted great and there was plenty of it! If you read my last review, my negative experience was only with the service, not the food. The Service this time was GREAT! Our server was very attentive and got us everything we needed. Watching other tables around us, it was evident that all the servers were doing a great job. I am convinced that our 1st experience with the poor service was just a fluke. I also wanted to give a big thanks to the General Manager. After reading my 1st review, she reached out to me and was very apologetic that our experience was not up to par. She stayed in contact with us and I was impressed with the customer service! Thanks! We already look forward to going back again! OLD Review - Went to Rodizio Grill last night for the 1st time. It was our Anniversary and wanted to try it out. Food was great! I really enjoyed the variety of meats that they offered. Everything tasted fantastic. The salad bar was even pretty good (and I usually stay away from the salad bars). What ruined it for us was out waitress. Now, we went at 6:15 on a Tuesday night so it wasnt very busy. We were initially greeted by our waitress who seemed nice, but it went downhill from there. 1st she brought me the wrong drink. No big deal, mistakes happen and it was a drink. 2nd, we hardly ever saw her. She was around to all the other tables around us, but just seemed to bypass our table. When I finally flagged her down for a refill on drinks it took awhile to get a coke. My wife had one of the lemonade drinks they offer (with various options to put in them.) After about 10 min of waiting for my wifes refill, I had to flag her down and ask about the drink. She apologized and went to go get it. Well, another 10 minutes later, she finally got it from the bar and brought it to our table. In the mean time, my wife was drinking my water and soda. We could see our drink sitting at the bar the entire time. We almost just got up and went to get it ourselves. Once we received the drink, my wife immediately ordered another refill since we didnt know how long that would take to get... I dont think I saw her again until the bill came. I ran out of my coke and ended up drinking my wifes water since she never came back to the table. When the bill came, I quickly placed my credit card in to pay. It was over 15 minutes before I had to flag her down (again) and hand her my credit card. Now, it wasnt very crowded when we were there,. It seemed like she was doing a decent job with the other tables, but just kept forgetting about our table or something. Unfortunately, this kind of ruined our anniversary dinner in the end. We will probably go back again sometime as the food was good and hope for a better waitress this time. EDIT - The Manager / Owner reached out to me. My wife and I will be going back to try it again. I will update the review later.

I took my kids and in-laws to Rodizio Grill this evening to take advantage of their kids eat free promotion happening right now. It was a first-time experience for all of us. We made reservations so we didnt have to wait for our table and were promptly greeted/served by our waiter. We all got the full Rodizio, which included the salad bar and the meats that they bring around to your table. The salad bar has a variety of hot and cold pastas and other dishes, as well as fruit and green salads. There was plenty for my 4 children to choose from (some are waaay pickier than others). After our first salad bar trip, waiters then brought around a variety of meats to the table. It was at this point that my 6 year old boy thought he had gone to heaven. His favorites were the sausage and the bacon wrapped chicken. Oh and the pineapple. Warm, sweet pineapple sliced right there at the table. I honestly dont know how he ate as much as he did. My father-in-law thought the tri-tip was amazing and my husband tried chicken heart for the first time, which he enjoyed. All of the meats had really good seasoning. Overall, it was a meal that 8 out of 8 people enjoyed (4 of those people being semi-picky small children). I would recommend to anyone.

Went once, would never go back. If you have ever been to Fogo DE Chao in Scottsdale, which is amazing, this place is a poor example of what a Brazilian steakhouse can be. PROS: nice, attentive staff. Some of the meats are truly well seasoned and very good. The glazed, grilled pineapple is delicious. CONS: our waters had "floaties" in them, glasses had visible food on them. Out of 14 cuts of meat, we probably saw like 6. Im guessing at 5pm the kitchen doesnt fully have all meats ready to go because we didnt see variety until 6 -630. The biggest frustration is that the servers would come to the table (party of 9] with literally 1 piece of meat. So one person at a time would try a particular meat selection. So we pretty much filled up on bread and a bad salad bar for 45 min. I would gladly take the 35 min drive to scottsdale and $50/person charge of Fogo for quality food. Id be shocked if this place lasts more than 2 years.

It was my husband and I first time here. We sat down to order our drinks and my drink was served but not my husband. So my husband had to wait for 10 mins. Our waitress explained everything to fast for us to even understand. So she was rushing us even know we had already had mentioned it was our first time here. The meats were not the best of selections and not very pleasing when you see your meat going from one table to another. All the meat servers were at our table once at least 4 different meat servers all rushing you to select a piece of meat. Poor meat quality for the price. I had got full fast due to the wait time and meat servers only serve small pieces at time. I guess I got filled up by watching everybody else eating. One meat server stand out the most. Chad was his name and he was very pleasant taking his time explaining every meat choices. I had a dessert cheese cake. It was ok cheese cake factory is better.

Great food and great service, This was our second visit on Sat night, 1/28/2017. The restaurant was packed. The food was plentiful and delicious, no shortcuts here. I have to give some credit for a great night. I organized a dinner for 16 couples from Encanterra Culinary Club. Crystal was our main server and she was awesome. Emily was just as good. Now comes all the servers, cleaner uppers, helpers. David was especially likable but they all were. All smiles all the time and it was crazy fun and busy. Erik, Austin, Tristen and Thiago made sure the fabulous meats never stopped coming. Brienna helped everyone. Crystal actually got all the checks (all couples had separate checks) correct, and made sure everyone had drink refills. Crystal and Emily got desert orders served very fast. Everything was in a timely manner. Amazing.
