Terrible, absolutely terrible service and management. Will never order from them again. And its sad because their pizza is great. Manager cant even speak English. Ive ordered from them maybe 6 or 7 times through Grubhub and have dined in once. Ive never had any problems, the food has always been good. Until I tried to call and make an order for a pizza and a gyro for delivery. The cashier was bullshitting me on the prices telling me it was be cheaper to buy a large pizza instead of a medium. After arguing with me I spoke with the manager who then started arguing with me as well so I hung up. I decided to give them a second chance tonight and ordered through Grubhub for delivery. It quoted me an hour for my food. An hour and 20 minutes later I call to find out where my food is. The cashier puts me on hold, comes back, &starts babbling trying to give me excuses saying theyve been busy and then says "were getting it remade and sent out right away for you." No. Just no. At this point Im done. Just cancel my order. She asked if I wanted to speak with a manager I said no and hung up. 3 minutes later the manager calls me, barely understood a work he said, something about more excuses of being busy and that hed personally deliver my food. I then said no, I used to work in a restaurant I understand it gets busy but try calling me to tell me itll be an hour and a half for my food. At this point he rudely cuts me off babbling about the cashier so I said this is twice now with bad service I wont be coming back and hung up. Customer service is number one in this industry. I might have ordered again if the cashier would have just been honest and said Im so sorry we didnt see your order, it never got put in, or something rather than bullshitting. I also might have ordered again if the manager didnt call back trying to give me more excuses. I dont care what the excuse is. Whether you got backed up, the driver skipped my ticket, or the cashier never rang the order in, I dont care about excuses. You should have been honest and just apologized. Because were human and it happens. But dont try and lie your way out of it, &then have an inappropriate manager who cant speak English call me just so he can offer me free food and then cut me off without listening to what the guest had to say. Customer service was and is terrible. Like I said I wont ever order again.

Ive been to the Bellagio now about 8 times. Only once was to dine in, and just like most restaurants with decent food and atmosphere, they were very busy and full on a weekend night, no surprise that the service was a bit spotty and seemed slower than average. The good part is that the food was quite delicious and good size of portions made up for the wait. My favorite item is the Calzone (any 5 toppings, you pick) if Im starving I can eat it in one sitting, otherwise its half for dinner and the other half for lunch the next day...still tasty!! I dont know if I want to criticize the service or applaud it, because it can be very "Jeckle and Hyde" here, it really depends on your server and if they seem to be staffed well enough to handle the workload. Ive had both great service and lacking here. The owner seems to be genuinely nice and was a pleasant experience the one time Ive spoken with him. I keep craving their food and keep coming back. I believe in tipping according to service level and eventually that will solve itself. Sometimes I will try to make a polite suggestion to improve service if I feel they are at least trying to give good service. There is after all a nuance to reading when customers want space or service attention.

Arrived at the restaurant around 12:55 PM. We were seated with no wait, and ordered water and a coke zero. The waitress was a young woman with a pony tail and black hair. She got us our drinks immediately, (the coke zero was more soda than coke) and came back in five minutes and took our order. We ordered a bread appetizer, lasagna, and a gyro sandwich. From this point on, we were totally ignored. We sat at or table wondering when we would get our table bread, our appetizer, or our food, and we sat there for a full 30 minutes. The waitress never came back. When we saw her walk out the front door, purse in hand, and making a bee line for her car in the parking lot, we knew we were never going to get served. At 1:35, we got up, and exited the restaurant. On our way out we told the bartender (in the bar next to the dining room) to cancel our order. His response? "Oh, you can stay. Ill PUT YOUR ORDER IN NOW. YOU HAVENT BEEN WAITING THAT LONG ANYWAY." This is the worst service we have experienced in years. This place has no concept of what customer service is, no concept of how to run a restaurant. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I LOVE this place! I come here about 4 times a week to eat with my wife because its the best in town. We try restaurants around the area all the time and still find ourselves coming back here over and over. I even bring my clients here during lunch and they all love it. They give you a great size portion of food for the price and its reallllly good food. They have an amazing happy hour as well, ALL DAY on Saturday and Sunday and all week long in the late afternoons. They have great drink specials and happy hour food options. The service is always good and the owners is very nice and usually comes by the table to say hello and check on things. We havent had anything here that we didnt like and thats why we keep coming back. Thanks Bellagio!!

My original rating was higher but during our visit it became apparent that our waiter did not want to be working, he did the bare minimum. I filled out this rating through Go Nods for a free dessert and the waiter did not know anything about it then proceeded to argue with me about it when I showed him the instructions, saying that it was good on our next visit, stating he was just telling me what he was told. I asked for the manager who also argued with me stating the free dessert was only for the cheesecake or baklava although it said nothing about what dessert was free on the card on each table. The dessert we ordered was cheaper than both of those! Be sure you are fully aware of the program you are promoting at your restaurant.

This place was awful! My husband and I went here because we heard it had "great greek food, best in Mesa", definitely not true!! We had to pick up and take out our food, they had it all packaged and ready for pick up...however they forgot our pita bread, sorry who makes a gyro without it?! The food was cold and the chicken was the worst, tasted like the cold grilled chicken you get out of a package at WalMart, not only that it was way too pricey for what we received, small portions of cold, nasty food. I called the manager and he said "some people like our food and some people dont, what do you want me to do for you?", not even an offer to refund our money, worst customer service ever!
