Food is great, staff is friendly BUT..... Everytime I go to this location and order it my way. They always "forget" to put the extra I paid for on my burger, to the point that I can no longer use the drive thru. I have to go in order, receive my food, check my food and have them correct it. Every! Single! Time! and its only when its the paid extra. Cheese, Avocado, Grilled Onions / Chiles. They always charge me on my receipt yet miraculously forget to put them on there. If I add mayo that is fine, if I add an extra slice a cheese for .50 all of a sudden they forget. If it only happened once, no harm no foul, errors happen, BUT ever single time I go this location. Seems like they were trained to rip people who arent aware, and I will keep going to this location when I crave me some Whataburger cause its good food, I just have to make sure to check my food cause I know this location will try to rip me off if I give them a Chance.

Saturday I was on that side of town working with my helper and I stopped and Whataburger traditionally we do that on Saturdays all over the valley the hamburgers Pattys tasted Real playing like they had and also they put onions when I ask for no onions in I I called and complained the lady was very nice and said to come in with the receipt but Im never on that side of town usually I work all over the valley so I dont think Ill go back for my free Burger kind of sucks I really like Whataburger

I have frequented this location for man uoy years. And my only criticism (which is big) is that many Whataburger locations including this one....makes the burgers in advance. I am constantly receiving re-warmed up burgers. This is b.s. They need to be HOT & JUICY! Why they would take a great burger dining experience to below average on this nonsense, I will never know.

Very clean interior/exterior. Very professional, courteous, friendly manager "Andrew". Quality service, great food, good atmosphere and did I mention Clean! I would return here without hesitation. In fact, I plan to. Highly Recommended. Great employees, hardworking, service oriented, and efficient and friendly.

Fastest Whataburger I have ever been in. Im accustomed to waiting up to 10 or 15 minutes for an order to be ready late at night. This one was ready in less than 5 min. Very pleased!!
