Walked into the store and stood at the counter. 4 employees looked me in the eye and then disappeared. 5 min later this kid comes out of the office and realizes Im still at the counter. I tell him I want a large number one combo (bacon cheeseburger) without tomato. He asks large drink? I look at him with a "Are you stupid, I just said #1 combo large." as Im already agitated because all his coworkers ignored me. I said "large fries and drink". I pay and he turns to another kid and says "I have a food order", other kid says "so?" Kid taking my order points to the screen and the kid says a name I didnt catch is outside smoking a cigarette. He walks to the door and realizes the guy is clear across the parking lot and says "Im not going all the way out there" and heads back into the kitchen. I get fries covered in grease because he didnt strain them and a bacon cheeseburger with no tomato and NO BACON. This place is a joke, the evening kids dont give a crap and were bitching each other out about the length of their breaks.

Great experience. Happened to see the owner in action in the store training a couple new employees. What an outgoing gal. Working hard, in the store trying to "live the dream" as she put it. Funny, I read another review about an elderly worker - guessing the older woman wanted to just stand at the register instead of moving and being productive. It it FAST food afterall! I heard someone ask for a sauce cup when they ordered fries, the owner simply told them its a quarter. The customer asked why and the owner just said, "well, it costs me 19 cents so I just try to recoupe the cost" Obviously a savvy business woman. I have no complaints with this place. One of the cleanest restaurants Ive ever been in. Really enjoyed my time here. Will be back for sure.

Well lets just say after I use my free blizzard coupons I will no longer go to this location. I was just there and ordered there new royal blizzard that has a topping core. As this blizzard was coming out of the window they were not flipped. I was informed rudely by the girl at the window that the toppings could fall out. But I reminded her that there menu says blizzards have to be flipped or 1 is free. She reluctantly flipped it and I asked for my free coupons because I had to ask for it to be flipped. So it looks like power and Broadway will be the store I go to from now on. Oh I didnt mention this is the second time I have had this issue at this particular location.

The food was terrible - markedly smaller portions than the other comparable chains and served lukewarm to almost cold. The bun on my burger was stale, and the cheese on top was hard and cold. You have to have the temperature right when you serve stuff: cold just does not cut it. I can say that even though the service was just average, the kids who worked there were pleasant enough. The dining area also appeared to be clean,for the most part. My sons both had a Blizzard, and were happy with those. My advice is to only go here for dessert. If you want a decentmeal, go to Culvers orFreddys, as the food was almost inedible here.

This place always is so disappointing! I went into the store to ask for a mini double fudge cookie dough blizzard which is on the menu. The person working the counter stared blankly at me and stated that he didnt know what that was ( the menu and item were right above his head)? He said Ill just make a cookie dough and throw fudge in it, I said that was fine because I have no idea how they make them. What I received wasnt even close to what I ordered. Im so bugged I will never consider coming to this location again.

Good lord, I realize its Memorial Day week-end and there seemed to be enough staff, but not one customer was served in side who did not have to wait for their order, even for a cone! This made for a disorganized mash of customers standing around. Frustrating! Did not seem that staff was trained well enough to be utilized for optimum service and efficiency. I felt badly for the loonng line of cars waiting in the drive through line.

First my sister ordered a salad and they said let me check if we still have salads. They didnt. Then she said okay then Ill just have a butterscotch dipped cone. And he informed us that there was no butterscotch. So they literally had nothing that she wanted to order from their menu , that was listed on their menu! My kid got his chicken strips and french fries and was perfectly happy but the adults were left wanting much more.

GROSS GROSD GROSS- BAD FOOD- BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE Stale bread,tortillas and gross old frezer burnt chicken- they half filled the too thick gravy like it was sitting there since 5pm Pepsi not coke- French frys & snacker were good but when we looked at the gravy it was less than half full- & so were the extra gavys we paid for! This place is awful- awful service- dirty-foods NOT GOOD! CALLING COOPERATE BAD!

This Dairy Queen was horrible, they didnt flip our DQ blizzard and we went up to them and asked them if we get a free blizzard because they didnt flip it and she said no then she flipped it and then she siad here happy? Then we took our blizzard and walked away! I called and complaint to them so then they gave me a free blizzard which I was very happy about but I will still never come back!!!!!!

Just saw an older white manager ask a younger African American employee if he wanted to be taken across her knee and spanked for asking for a day off. Is this manager clueless? You dont treat anyone this way. I heard there have been other complaints but no action on her behavior. Im waiting for a response from Dairy Queen customer service.

Girl in drive through was extremely rude, actually insulting me. I wish I received her name but she had no name tag. Shes easy to recognize though she had nasty acne/acne scars she was trying to cover up with a caked face of makeup and greasy black hair. She looked like a real winner.

ZERO ⭐s! Worst DQ ever! Employees had sh*tty attitudes. I waited over an hour for them to get my TO-GO order right. They didnt know what I ordered, so I had to show them my receipt again. I say go to the Dairy Queen on Broadway and Power Rd, much better service there and CLEANER.

Hot eats Mistreats, treated very badly trying to purchase a cake. Still trying to make manager Lori take accountability, they offered vouchers, its not the money we were treated very bad, I have never been so humiliated by a manager, especially at their own mistake.

The bannanas are all bad looking. I was standing at the counter paying and seen one of the employees shaving the black rotten part off . They really need the health inspecter to come and see there bannanas the they serve. There all rotten!!!!!!!

Takes forever & recently had the prices increase but worth it! They always seem to get my order wrong but hey, they make up for it when you come back or call back letting them know as im a drive-thru only kinda person! We all scream for Ice-cream!
