The bagels and shmear are good as always, but the workers seemed to hate their job and were not nice. She seemed upset that I wanted to select my dozen bagels with an assortment of flavors. I think Einstein pays a lower wage than similar places and gets the bottom of the barrel, as I have had this experience at other Einsteins too. I got a cinnamon and sugar bagel and the worker (a different one) had to cut it by hand. The knife didnt go all the way through so she ripped it the rest of the way and completely flattened and mutilated it.

Dont come here on a Saturday. There were 6 people working and total chaos. When it was my time to order, i ordered 2 schmears and waited 30 min for them to tell me they were out of the cheddar jalapeño bagel i ordered 30 min earlier. I said, when i ordered theyre were 6 in the basket and she told me "we must have sold them to people after you" Perfect!!!! I will probably never go to any Einsteins again... horrible customer service!!!

My wife loves this place. I think it is ok... Ordering is a bit complicated, as you are ordering with poor visibility to the available selections and the menu boards are poorly arranged. Quality is good and taste although a bit bland for my tastes, service is unreliable because they tend to not listen.

Terrible service! We spent 10 minutes at the order station restating our order multiple times, then proceeded to the pay station where our orders were still wrong, spent 5 more minutes explaining what we actually ordered, then once we received our food, our order was completely wrong. Not worth the hassle.

Terrible customer service. Everyone acts like they hate their job and are annoyed with the customers they are employed to serve. All employees were so rude to the man in the line in front of me because he asked for butter. I would go out of my way to not go to this location again.

Everyone behind the counter seemed surprised to be there and didnt know what they were doing, and most of their coffee, creams, and cooker stock were empty. Some of my order was forgotten and I had to ask to be rung up. I love Einsteins, and I wont be going to this location again.

I usually love Einstein Bagels but this particular one is now off my list. After several visits, Ive realized that they are ALWAYS out of the popular bagels. They have also forgotten my sides twice and the eating area is small and very cramped.

Frequently out of popular flavors at crucial times (mid morning). Employees dont seem to care. As long as this business has been around they should know how many bagels to bake and when to keep items in stock.

The parking lot is a bit small, but the store is well laid out and flows good. The line moves quickly, and the employees are quick to help. The bagels have always been fresh when I stopped here.

Ordered a Santa Fe sausage Bagel sandwich, waited 10 minutes for it, and it was refrigerator cold inside the sausage. My son can microwave a sandwich better than that. Felt ill after it.

Staff is friendly and the food is great! The only problem I have is it is very dirty! All of the surfaces are coated with grime. It needs a deep and thorough cleaning!
