I never try new places, ever. But this was recommended to us by some friends and I finally got talked into going, and I am AMAZED. We went late, around nine thirty (July 13th), the place was spotless, the boy who was handing us our food was very kind (Didnt catch a name but he had black rimmed glasses, dark hair.) and he was keeping everything SO CLEAN. The taller dark haired man at the register was kind and helped us with choosing plates since it was our first time, and the cooks were so fun to watch! My food came picture-perfect, not like a thrown-together mess, and it was steaming hot and delicious. We also ordered the pork wrap and the crab wantons, delicious as well. I usually am very cautious about the chicken in asian food, it usually looks and tastes like mystery meat, but the chicken here was fantastic quality. This location was fantastic, we will certainly be returning. Your crew deserves a big round of applause.

Food is usually good, however, pickup staff seem disorganized and slow and food was lukewarm. I was quoted a 12:10 pickup time and arrived at 12:07. I then paid and was told to wait. I noticed two bags of to go food already on the prep table. There were 3 staff and there was no line and no other people waiting for pickup. I waited until 12:20 at the bench right in front of the register. I then stood up right at the register. They asked me my name again and if I had paid and handed me the order that had been sitting there since I arrived. I wonder how much longer I would have waited had I continued sitting at the bench?

This was our first Pei Wei experience. I was concerned about the negative reviews, but we decided to give them a shot anyway. This is an order and pay first, then grab your table later kind of place. The staff was friendly and efficient and Maggie, the manager, offered us a lettuce and some kind of spicy-nutty-yummy spread on the house in honor of our first visit. In short, the food was quite flavorful, the portions would handle a big eater, the pork egg rolls were terrific and we were very pleased with our visit. Kudos to Maggie and crew for making us Pei Wei fans. Well be back!

For those not familiar with Pei Wei, it is essentially a more casual and reasonably priced version of PF Changs. Pei Wei is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. The food is always fresh and tastes incredible. One thing I appreciate is that it never tastes greasy. I havent ever had a problem with the service - all the staff are friendly enough and I never wait too long for my food. Best of all, the price is extremely low for what you get. The only small complaint I have is that it can be hard to find an indoor seat on the weekends due to how crowded it can get.

The food at Pei Wei is always good. One of the only issues Ive had in the past is having my order not be filled correctly. However, the times this has happened, the people at the restaurant have been apologetic and willing to fix any mistakes they had made and had even let me keep the mistaken food on the order without charge. This is a great option for take-out for office parties as well. I really like the sweet and sour chicken and crab wontons. I also enjoy trying any new dishes they introduce; its fun and keeps things interesting for the palate.

I enjoy Pei Wei bit this location is just not on it. I asked for Thai Dynamite, tofu and veggies, replace the rice with extra veggies. Unfortunately this didnt happen. When I received my food it was chicken Thai dynamite with a small serving of veggies. I informed the server that the order was not correct as I ordered tofu and extra veggies. He took the food back and when it was next brought to me it was tofu but there were hardly any veggies. I accepted the food to not be difficult but am very disappointed overall.

We love Pei Wei in Scottsdale, but this one is not on same level. Not even close. The dining room was empty, but the line was out the door. What gives? Everyone in line was counting the number of empty tables shocked the line wasnt moving. The only thing moving was take out. So people were calling on their phone and ordering take out from the line outside the doors because it was faster! WOW... We wont go back to this one. The Scottsdale location is a long ways away, but worth every mile.

It may be that I just have an unsophisticated pallet, but Pei Weis tastes every bit as good to me as PF Changs. In fact, heres a little piece of trivia about Pei Weis that you may have not known. Pei Wei is actually owned by PF Changs. Its a spin-off that has been purposefully branded to be more casual and cheaper than PF Changs. Does that mean that they also use cheaper ingredients in their food? Not sure on that question, but they both taste great to me.

This Pei Wei is wonderful. Dining in is always a pleasurable experience and the food is cooked to perfection. The staff is great too! I wouldnt suggest getting take out from this location, however. The wait is often extremely long and on several occasions my food has been less then desirable. Sat too long (which is weird considering the long waits) and the portion was significantly smaller than the dine-in portions.

I eat here regularly and love the food. The reason Im leaving only 3 stars is because for the second time now, your online ordering system has been down, but theres no way to know that until the end when youre ready to check out. If the ordering system is down, there should be a message stating that at the beginning of the order process to not waste your customers time.

This visit to this Pei Wei was not a nice as previous occasions mainly because we were rushed to eat out food by the over enthusiastic bus person. We were over charged for an item we didnt even mention, but the cashier quickly fixed the total. Tables could have been cleaner... we like Pei Wel and may return. Hopefully for a better visit.

The food at this location is always great and it is fairly quick. Employees are friendly. However, there is room for improvement with seating and bussing. At our last visit the only available patio table was dirty for nearly 30 minutes, and other tables inside were pushed randomly around the floor very close to other tables.

Great place to grab some lettuce wraps, edamame, and a couple entrees to share with family or friends (family style). Also good for blind dates... Not dropping a ton of money, and you wont be stuck there for hours if you dont like your date, and if you do, grab another glass of wine and stay a bit longer.

Usually the quality is quite high, but the last few times it seems to have slipped a little. I will continue to go a few more time to confirm my opinion, but once you are on a down trajectory, it is hard to recover. I was happy to see blazing Noodles back on the chefs side menu. One of my favorites.

Dinner and a show...and always great food. They have a bar where you can eat and watch the cooks, this is our favorite. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We ate here today and the heat was on to high, where we were sitting. We asked and they adjusted it right away. This Pei Wei rocks!
