I frequent this particular Taco Bell. The food is always hot off the press and is never a mess or prepared in a sloppy manner. The drive thru line is always quick, even when they are backed up with 6-8 cars in line. In the dozens of time that I have been here, Ive had only one incorrect order, and it was partially my own fault anyway...I ordered two quesaritos, but got two quesadillas instead. Thats an easy mistake to make for sure, plus, I didnt check the screen when they prompted me to ensure that the order was correct. Im equally responsible for the order being wrong. When I brought the mistake to their attention, they corrected the order and let me keep the quesadillas anyways! Very of kind of them. They are always super nice at this spot. Their employees dont give off that "FML I work in fast food" vibe that is seen too often at other stores of the fast food genre.

Love this Taco Bell as they always serve you with a smile and are willing to answer questions about their menu. I thought all chain stores food tastes the same no matter where you go, however, I discovered if I want a fresh, delicious burrito, this is the location to go to. Went to the Val Vista location and I had to look at the sign twice to see if I was eating at a Taco Bell because it tasted so bad and was missing ingredients. To top it off, after eating my meal I went to use the facilities, in there I was approached by an intimidating young man demanding I give him my change. I never feel unsafe at the Warner location and If I am in the mood for Tacos or Burritos, I know this Warner location serves the best.

Pick another Taco Bell if you want to get what you pay for. I ordered 3 Power Menu burritos on different occasions and weighed them. They varied in weight from 137 to 154 grams. For reference I took a picture. That burrito clocks in at approximately 5 ounces. Each burrito costs roughly $4.50. Complete rip off. Other Taco Bells give WAYYY bigger premium items. I pay less for higher quality food at Chipotle, for that matter (one of their burritos is roughly 16 ounces or sometimes way more.)

As far a Tacobells go this one has a friendly staff... unfortunately it seems they are often moving faster than they need to. They should feel comfortable taking an extra second to make sure all the ingredients make it into the shell/tortilla. If you want quick fast Tacobell with a little clean up required on your end then this Tacobell is the place.

Customer service was great! My food came out fairly quick considering the lunch rush, too. Not sure whats going on in the back though.. I ordered a beefy 5 layer that came with surprise nachos, as well as a loaded griller that was just a little over-grilled. Everything still tasted pretty yummy, so Im not complaining. :)

Its a Taco Bell, they all taste the same. The new re-model is awful. Im not a fan of the way it looks (dark walls, black ceiling, everything is a square, pics on the wall make no sense). Not that the way it looks makes it taste any different.

Worst Taco Bell in the valley. ..burritos are half the size of other Taco Bells...drive thru orders have been incorrect last 3 times and happy hour grillers, are the size of taquitos. Go down the road 2 blocks to Val Vista and Warner.

Regular Taco Bell fair. I do like this store more than most since they always get my order correct, even with all the little tweaks. (i.e. Green Bean Burrito from 1980 menu gets translated to the modern order and comes out perfect)

I go at slow times of the day. The food here is literally so good. Looks and tastes like the commercials, unlike some of the other taco bells around. Drive through guy is super nice. If you go when its not busy its amazing.

Im done trying, majority of the time they screw something up at the drive thru. Now I order a quesarito big box for the chance at the ps4 bundle, and get no box (ie. no code)..... Im driving down the road from now on
