Every. Single. Time. I come here thinking it will be different, I am reminded that it isnt. The food is horrid and the hostesses and servers are worse than horrid. Todays experience began with the opening line from the hostess that I simply hate: “Is there JUST two of you?” (Woefully implying that a 2-top isnt worth much.) Next she took us to a table that was blocked by a tray piled up with dirty dishes and acting like she expected us to slide passed the tray. When we didn’t budge, she scooted the tray over. Servers (not just ours) were very lackluster. No menu descriptions and it felt like we were interrupting their smoke breaks. Food was dried out and obviously prepared in advance and microwaved. The gravy on the garlic chicken breasts tasted like the canned type from the grocery store. The "breasts" BTW were not really 2 breasts, but 1 sliced in half horizontally to have the appearance of being 2. Cheap. Real cheap. The afredo sauce on the pepperoni fettuccine alfredo also tasted like the bottled type from the store. The pepperoni was very skimpy. For the prices they charge (not that it is expensive…just the price point) food should not look, feel, and taste like fast food. There are a number of Italian restaurants (Such as Brio Tuscan Grille, Buca di Peppo and Capo’s) where the same amount of money will get you pleasant service and freshly made food that doesn’t taste like it came out of a bottle. This was my final attempt for Olive Garden redemption. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

What should have been a nice family dinner out before the holidays (which we dont often do) was quickly ruined by the waitress. Our order was placed and I asked for the soup to be brought out at the same time as the apetizers. I mentioned it would be for my child and we would get the second one after we finished that one. She then said well if I bring out another one Ill have to charge you $4.99. I explained to her I always share my soup with my 4 year old. She said well your not suppose to. She then continued to explain that if my husband were to share his salad with me or my kid she would have to charge a separate salad. I immediately asked for my soup to go and the 2nd soup at the additional price. I sat there while my husband and child enjoyed their food and took mine home. I had no appetite after that. She must have mentioned it to her supervisor as she was walking around asking everyone in our area if everything was ok. Just a horrible experience. I didnt say anything and quickly paid for our meal. Almost $70 for a bad time. 2 stars because at thr very least service was fast. Meals were brought out on time.

I have been coming here for 2 years now, I love olive garden, they really need to open one in Hawaii! The food and atmosphere is perfect, I love the team. Especially the Hosts! I especially come in To see Lazete and Cora! Their bubbly & fun attitude is very positive to me! I was recently told that Cora no longer works there, which is a bummer for me, she really lifted my spirits after a long day of work! But lazete is awesome! So now I only come to eat in the mornings being theirs no reason to go in for dinner anymore. But I have to say, your food is awesome!

We have gone to this location multiple times and every time the service and food gets worse. Last time we were there we had to continuously ask for refills of everything even ice water. The chicken gnochi soup was horrible and it is so inconsistent in flavor and consistency and there was not one dumpling in my bowl. I tried the new smoked mozzarella chicken and it was so dry. This seems to be problems only at this location.

We had Steve as our server and he was Excellent. He met every need. We didnt have to ask for one thing. He was very attentive and addressed everything before you even thought of asking for it. Hopefully you will get lucky at your visit to the Olive Garden on Cheyenne and get waited on by Steve or maybe you can request him. Great job Steve! Ill make sure to request you again on our next visit.

We went on a Sunday afternoon to eat, since I am pregnant and was sooo craving it. I was surely dissapointed, took too long for us to get our food and even longer to get our daughters food order. Worst of all, The food looked a complete mesh....horrible looking. I ordered the shrimp scampi which was dry and no sauce. Had to order extra sauce, still wasnt good

Went here yesterday for my grandpas birthday. My mom is allergic to almost everything and had to call and special order her food to be without pepper. The manager made sure it was done which was awesome. The doors were opened for us. We were offered a wine sample. Our server was kind and prompt, always there when we needed more water. Great place to eat!!

Every time I get forced to go to Olive Garden, I think that maybe this time it will be better. It never is. Their food continues to be bland mush that tastes like school cafeteria food. The 2nd star is awarded for the good service here. They do try and its not their fault the food is horrible. Dont forget to tip your servers.

If i could give this place 0 starts i would. Every time my co workers and i come here the service is absolutely terrible! the managers are just as worse. Nichole is the worst server and she is so rude! the manager Michelle basically called our table liars when we complained of the SOUR taste of the soup!

The service was poor. They gave us wine opened weeks ago, yuck. The order was totally screwed up. Forget about this olive garden; go to the one off centennial parkway and azure, off the 95 N. Its new and the staff is competent there.

The food was poorly prepared. 2 of us ordered the exact same thing, "Shrimp Scampi". 1 plate had sauce, the other didnt. Vegetables on another order were ice cold. Bread sticks and salad were good... thats it.

The servers usually suck , dont write down your order and get it wrong. You wait on drinks forever . Only good waiter I had was "cowboy" he went above and beyond . Hes the only reason why I left any stars .
