Went here last night with friends. The first one we went to on Horizon Ridge was rude as hell, not wanting us to make a dinner reservation for a party of 10, 4 of them were children. So we came here. First time eating here and the last. The waiter was awful. Dont get me wrong, she was nice. But our food took forever. My nephew was hungry. He was eating from my friends kids fries. Finally I got tired of waiting and asked her to bring out his fries from his meal. Then when our food came out, the wings were dry and scrawny. Im not sure if this how it normally is but when you eat chicken wings from Yard House, no one compares LOL. Anyways, I literally ate a wing and a half, I didnt like it. My nephews mac and cheese was disgusting. It was cheap like Cicis Pizza with the pasta and cheese sauce. And its not just for kids either, my friend had an order and she agreed it was disgusting. Aside from the food, service was terrible. I had to remind our waiter of what Im suppose to have with my meal. How are you going to bring me my wings but not my fries and carrots? Then she brings me a kids order of it and 5 minutes later, the other half with my carrots. Two horrible experiences in one night from the same company for different reasons is enough for me to never go to another BWW again. The waiter asked how was the food, I kept my comment to myself and vowed to NEVER eat here again. I guess the first rude BWW was a sign. But my friends insisted on eating here. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The food is amazingly delicious! The service however was lacking a few things. Cristy our server dropped off our food and left us without plates or utensils. We could not eat properly as she disappeared for a long time. I also needed water and she was nowhere to be found. I had to go to the bar and get my own refill. While I was at the bar I got a fork and knife from the bartender. The lack of water happened a second time. Both times I put my empty water glass at the end of the table. Another waiter with jersey number 82 walked right by it numerous times. Once he was even carrying a pitcher of water! He was serving the table right next to us yet completely ignored us. When we were given our check, Cristy disappeared once again. We waited forever for boxes for our food and for someone to get our payment. Nobody came except for jersey number 82. He walked right by our check and card, ignoring our table numerous times, going just to the table adjacent to us. When Cristy returned, she apologized and said that she had been busy sorting silverware. Who drops off the check and then disappears to sort silverware when customers are in need of attention so they can leave?

I was only here for takeout and this review is about the food quality. I got the breaded boneless wings with Caribbean Jerk with Cajun french fries. 1. There was enough bread to feed a third world country family and kill it from malnutrition due to a lack of actual chicken. 2. The bread was hard. WTF?! I threw it on the ground at the park and one of the pigeons pecked at it and I watched in horror as its beak shattered on impact. 3. I didnt select how much sauce I wanted because my options were: no sauce, light sauce, extra sauce. So by not selecting I figured I would get the "regular" amount. I feel like one person threw the chicken while another person threw the sauce to opposite sides of the room and whatever ricocheted off the walls and managed to barely touch got selected for my box. Thank you B-Dubz, for reminding me that getting boneless wings from you is the same as buying a bag of Tysons chicken and cooking them at home... Then leaving them overnight in the oven and reheating them before consumption. P.s. the fries were cool.

A month ago we stopped here for dinner and were immediately seated. After 20 minutes we werent approached at all by any staff, not even for a drink order, so we left. The hostess was apologetic but we were done. Tonight we decided to give BWW another try. Big mistake! We were seated and after about 5 minutes our server came over and we ordered waters and an appetizer. She dropped off the waters and promised to return for our orders. Another server came by with the appetizer, but no napkins. We had to get those from the table next to us because they were given too many. Another 15 minutes passed and we watched our server go to every other table and completely ignore us. We decided to leave, but spoke to the manager, Roger, first. We explained the situation and informed him we were leaving and never ever returning to BWW. He apologized and offered to cover our appetizer. It was a mistake to go back there and we ended up just going home hungry.

I LOVE BUFFALO WILD WINGS. I hate leaving bad reviews. This location is not worth the money. If any one or two of the following had occurred it wouldnt have been a big deal, but the totality of the circumstance shows the management needs to be turned over... 1. No room in the bar.... Not because it was busy, but because 5 of the tables werent bussed. 2. Not even half the tables were filled in the dining room, but the time it took to be served was far too long. At any time there were 4-6 staff members standing talking at the host booth. 3. Ordered a beverage and got the wrong one... Had to wait for the waiter to come by ten minutes later to let him know. 4. Puke in the urinal. 5. Wasnt asked nor did I receive veggies with my wings. 6. Never was approached by the waiter. Had to flag him down each time we got any service. Go to the B-Dubs on Las Vegas BLVD or the one off Horizon Ridge PKWY.

Probably one of the best buffalo wing places Ive tried. I love going here for bar food, having a beer, and watching some sports. I usually just order buffalo wings, and with me being a spicy food-lover, I normally get the wings with Carribean Jerk or Mango Habenero sauces. I also like their other appetizers theyve got on the menu. Their sliders are pretty good and have a nice charbroiled flavor to em. Theyve got chicken specials on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and everyday after midnight lol... so if you wanna save a few bucks (even though the place is already fairly cheap) go on those days/hours haha!

Terrible service! We live down the street and the first time we came here was alright no complaints. The last 2 times I have ordered for pick up were horrible. The first time i received my wings there were feathers on the wings, and I called just to inform them and I was told I was mistaken and it wasnt possible as if I had put the feathers there myself. This second time we waited the standard 20 minutes for pick up and when we got there we waited ANOTHER 30 MINUTES! No apology or sympathy and when we asked our money back our order was suddenly ready. Absolutely ridiculous

This is a 24 hour location where the kitchen stays open through the night. The parking lot is also well lit and monitored. The bar has gaming if youre interested, and the dining area is spacious. For entertainment, there are several large screen televisions scattered around that are easily viewable from most of the establishment, so sports fans dont miss a goal. As far as food goes, the wings are comparable to most other BWW locations, served by staff thats friendly and prompt. I was satisfied with my meal and will be returning again.
