Today I was at Baskin Robbins and I had the worst experience today with a girl Maddy (blonde hair and in a bun)was very rude not just to me but several others she was not smiling at all and giving people an attitude and she said shes having a bad day like I dont like this ice cream and ohh that tastes bad and one day once I got home I found a peice of metal in my chocolate peanut butter ice cream that didnt even have peanut butter in it so I call them about the peanut butter and they had to see it themselves so I went down there and all they did was put a scoop of peanut butter on this ice cream that was melted from the horrible heat in that place and I tell them about the melted ice cream and they said who cares and I demand them to fix it so they fix it horribly and if they dont fix their employees attitudes soon Im never comeing back there and telling everyone I know not to either so Id suggest fixing your attitudes workers so people that see this review I wouldnt go if I were you because their service is very very bad oh ya one day their tables had crusty ice cream all over it so theres another reason why you guys shouldnt go either and be very careful when you go to that location youll never know what will be there BUT MAINLY WATCH OUT FOR MADDY PLEASE.

I have had the worst experience with the staff at this location. My husband brought me home peanutbutter chocolate ice cream that had no peanutbutter in it when I called they told me I have to bring my icecream in to confirm there was not peanutbutter in it. When I arrived at the store they looked saw there was no peanutbutter then put a scoop on top of the melted ice cream. When I told them I didnt want melted ice cream the manager decided she would come over and explain "the customer has to go through the ice cream before it leaves the store, but as a one time exception she would remake the ice cream cup." Mind you the cup was full of melted ice cream and I showed the manager I had only had one bite when I realized it was just chocolate and called her. The whole transaction from my husband comming home with the ice cream to me bringing it back to her was less than five minutes. I hope the owner can fix this because if not I will never eat their ice cream again.

The staff are nice and friendly and thats the only reason why I gave an extra star. However, the place itself is not very clean and the ice cream tastes like frozen milk with tons of sugar. I once ordered a cookie sandwich and the cookies tasted terrible and were very dry and old and the ice cream kept slipping whenever I tried to bite. I also one got hair in my ice cream, but I didnt complain because the people were very nice to me. The ice cream melts in 5 seconds unlike the ice cream at Cold Stone that stays in good shape for at least 5 minutes in AZ summer weather. We used T-Mobile Tuesdays offers for a 0.99 cents bogo but we still paid $7 after using THREE offers from different phones! I would never go there again, not even for a free lifetime supply of ice cream.

Today I was at Baskin Robbins and maddie or Maddy idk but she was rude so what happened was me and my sister was asking a guy who worked there I didnt see his name tag but I asked him can me and my sis try this flavor and Maddy yells across the room dont let them try any flavors they have already ordered and that made us mad just because of Maddys attitude Im never going back there and telling my friends not to either because of Maddys attitude she should get fired.

The girls here were very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. They all looked young, so I was pleasantly surprised at the amount or professionalism and attention I recieved. I recommend going here for your ice cream, it was a good experiance over all

Great people here, always so very nice and i walk in the door and get remembered to the point they know what i order even if i miss a month or so and have it made for me before i even ask. 2 scoops cherry jublie on a waffle cone :)
