THE ONLY THING CONSISTENT ABOUT THIS STORE IS THE INCONSISTENCY…IT IS AMAZING THAT THIS STORE IS STILL IN OPERATION. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR POOR COSTUMER SERVICE & LACK OF OPTIONS THEN GO NO FURTHER- YOU HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT STORE. SO IF YOU ENJOY SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY (IN THIS STRESSED ECONOMY) AT THIS LOCATION WELL EXPECT TO BE TOLD WHAT YOU CAN HAVE NOT WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE.

It was not good to find out that Baskin-Robbins has nothing for diabetics. No sugar free ice cream, none at all. Diabetics, which are a large portion of the population and increasing, cant share an ice cream with their families. So, so sad! I will never go back their, even thought I used to go regularly with my kids before I lost my pancreas to cancer.

Went by tonight at 8:55 (says they close at 10 online) and they already had all the chairs stacked up and they were sweeping the floor. They had turned their signs off too. Had to walk in to ask if they were open. Ice cream was great. Just weird they were turning down business. Several cars drove up and drove away just like I almost did.

This is a sweet little ice cream place (pun definitely intended). I wouldnt stay to eat in because of the limited size, but for takeout ice cream, its terrific. The staff is always nice, in my experience.

Staff and ice cream are great. However, the sign on the front that says there is surveillance is offensive. Surveillance is presumed. Why post it at a family gathering place in a very nice area?
