My mother went to get a Mocha Cappuccino Blast and when she asked the girl behind the counter if she could have one she said they didnt have cinnamon. My Mom said cant you make it without cinnamon then the girl said she didnt have the stuff to make it. She was not offer an alternative drink which a lot of places do. The gal seemed lazy to me and just didnt want to bother with the drink. This was on March 15, 2017 at about 2:20PM. The only reason Im giving it a 2 star is because the ice cream was good.

I had a horrible experience today October 2nd 2016.. website states Anthem location closes at 10pm. I arrive at 9:20, door has a hand written note that states they close at 9:30pm today.. I look at the time is 9:20 so I opened the door. Both employees stare at me, so I said "its 9:20, still open right?" To which the girl in the lobby responds "um yeah, but I just mopped I wouldnt come in" Really??? What the heck? Will not be spending my money here ever again!

Has a video playing that says "free waffle cone with 2 scoops or more" I am then informed that is not at this location. Then why advertise it? I dont care about your fine print. Also, I have never been to a location that stops serving Baseball Nut during baseball season.

I came in on july 28 with one boy and one girl working , and the girl was just very mean and disrespectful. The boy was serving me and doing an alright job and all the girl was doing was screaming.

Poor service.The ice cream had been sitting on the counter thawing out. Should have been my first clue. It made me sick. Would not go back.

Bubble Gum ice cream is best ice cream.. when they have it. Anthems only real ice cream spot, with friendly staff and good flavors.
