I stopped by to grab some lunch with my husband a little bit ago. The woman (I believe her name was Sarahi) taking our money and handling our drinks told us to hold on for a second, coughed into her shirt and with the hand that was holding her shirt (and indecently being coughed on) grabbed the top of my drink to hand it to us. My husband held it as we watched her start coughing repeatedly and uncontrollably. She then began to sniffle and struggle to talk as though she was severely congested. I decided that it would not be in my best interest to take the food and asked for a refund. She told me she couldnt do that, then she said shell just make me another drink. And assured me she was okay to work because she wasnt in the kitchen. I guess she thinks grabbing the food once its prepared makes it somehow invincible to germs. I asked for a manager and she said she was in charge that day. I told her again I wanted a refund and she finally offered me one. I am so grossed out thinking that if this is what I was able to see from my vehicle, what was happening where customers arent able to see?

I went through the drive-thru tonight on 1/11/15 at 9:00 pm and ordered a #9 home style ranch sandwich no lettuce or tomatos, with a chicken-n-tater melt, and 2 root beers. Total came out to 14 w/ change. I received the chicken-n-tater melt box, but I got a double burger that had bacon on it with 2 COKES. We called them and the employee named Jose said he was FAIRLY certain I ordered a #5. Completely disrespectful telling me Im wrong, Ive only ever ordered that sandwich. They told me I can get the sandwich but I have to come back tonight or tomorrow in order to get my sandwich. We are FAIRLY curtain we will not be going back to this location if this is the service they are going to provide. Feel free to contact me.

I love Jack in the Box and this is my favorite location. The staff have always been quick and courteous. Because JitB sends coupons via mail it is easy to look for savings. Favorite Things: Chick-n-Tater munchie meal, any of the breakfast burritos, iced coffee, Coca-Cola freestyle machine and especially the sourdough grilled chicken sandwich.

Horrible tasting coffee. Food was bland. Employee offered a milkshake but then said we have to wait 15 minutes for the machine to warm up like ugh why offer if you cant make it right now. Were thirsty just overall not good food.

I usually go to this Jack in the Box after midnight and the guy that works there man he needs to be friendly he doesnt smile and sometimes the orders wrong or he forgets something or he doesnt hear the whole order

5 stars for the employees only. The food is just alright. Small portions for quite the price. I wouldnt go back unless I had no way of getting across the street to McDonalds.
