We went thru the drive thru and paid for a big order. We arrived home and noticed we were missing a burger from a combo meal. We live close so we went back and explained what happened. I expected an apology, another burger and I would be out the door. The worker argued with me and said he gave it to us!! I was flabbergasted. Why on earth would I go back if I had gotten all my food? Meanwhile my fries and everything else is getting cold. He argued and argued with me that he had given it to us. What kind of crappy customer service is that?? Super disappointed. Finally someone from the back yelled "well just make another one" Next time we will go somewhere else.

I always stop in Burley, ID in my way to drill and thought I would try their "butter bun bacon burger" as it was recommended by a colleague...I was very disappointed! The hamburger that I was given was a bit soggy and was quite disgusting. Perhaps I just purchased the wrong burger, but my wife says she had a similar experience with a different burger when I brought it up with her.

Breakfast burrito was soggy and greasy. ..so gross...I dont even dare feed it to my dog..waste of money ....if I werent at home I would demand my money back...I cant believe jack in the box would call this food... In the garbage is where it belongs

The only problem is that Jumbo Jacks and Breakfast Jacks are addictive. Try moving away from JITB territory and experiencing withdrawals. The tacos go down easy but leave you with regrets when you see the grease left on your fingers.

Its clean , friendly staff and good food. They could have added more cheese on the monster taco and the number 13 chicken strip combo only comes with 4 strips at this Jack. They were also stingy with their larg frys on both combos.

Great food! Yes it did take a little longer than most "fast" food restaurants but my fries, tacos, jalapeño poppers, and burger were fresh. They make things to order here so I would take fresh food over quick food any day.

They have curly fries like Arbys AND a killer double burg. This is one of the closet locations to Salt Lake. Always make it a point to stop here on the way to Boise.

The jr bacon cheeseburger was a let down, but the jumbo Jack fully delivered like always. The curly fries were alright, but the regular fries were as good as ever.

Worst Jack in the Box I have ever seen. The bathroom was cleaner than the kitchen. Food was cold, fry grease was rancid, and service was slow. Avoid at all costs.
