Im not one to trash a place. Id like to give the benefit of the doubt 1st? No benefits, no doubts, I wont be back again. Im the only customer in the place and Im told I have a 19 minute wait for my order. Why??? Anyway, 23 minutes later I get my order. Not to mention a customer came in for a phone order and was waiting for about 5 minutes on an order her called in 1/2 hour prior. He was upset to say the least when he didnt even get helped for a few minutes while the employees where in the back area. Ok, my order of parmesan garlic wings and Hawaiian wings are up! You can see by the pic I posted how the paremesan garlic wings were. They were as bad as the look. Just coated with parmesan without much garlic flavor. I didnt even want to finish eating them. On to the Hawaiian wings. Ok, not a bad taste to them. Just didnt like the quality of the wings. Too big and didnt taste right. I like my wings cooked more. But thats just my preference. I didnt eat my wings. I might have forcefully ate 2 complete wings. Im Im not one for wasting food. Ok, my fries, they needed to be cooked just a little bit more. They had a bit of hardness to them. They were cooked but undercooked if you know what I mean? If youre in a rush or on your lunch break be warned. Ok, no more, Im done, I wont be coming back here again. To each their own, some people love this place, Im not one of them! Sorry.

Coming from a person who LOVES putting salt on her food, then you will understand just how salty their food is at Wingstop. I could not stand it. EVERYTHING was too salty. The chicken wing sauce, the fries, even the ranch dressing. I felt like I was eating a plate of salt instead of being able to really taste the food. We had to wait 25 minutes to get our food, and then I felt like the wings were overdone. Its like when you bite into a wing you should at least get some meat off of it, it seemed like they were real crunchy and then what little meat that was inside was just scorched into nothing. Now my husband on the other hand ate about 26 of our 35 wings and said he liked them except for the Cajun...so that is just my opinion..but I probably wont eat at Wingstop again.

They messed up an on lol one order but fixed it. I was passing through with my family and we wanted Wing stop bit didnt want to wait so long, since we still had a long drive ahead of us. We did an internet order ahead of time, but it hadnt even been started 30 min later when we arrived. They told me that they were having trouble with the system and we told them that we received a confirmation 30 min earlier. The boss man gave us a free drink with order and comped some of our order. Its refreshing to have decent customer service after living in India for a while.

Used to be awesome, years ago. But now, every time Ive been in the last year, either the food has been undercooked (bright pink chicken), the wings tasted like day-old leftovers, the wings would be only halfway sauced, the fries a soggy mess, or the staff would just screw up the order. I used to go here all the time, but Im tired of giving them chances. Their cajun wings used to be excellent, and still are if you get them on a good day. But now theres just no consistency in their quality.

The new middle eastern owner has no concept of owning a restaurant. He refused to honor their ad on the window. Said he HAD to put it up there. Watched him take chicken out of a bag...... I wanted to leave but my wife wouldnt let me. This seems to be a trend of foreign money opening public businesses but not knowing how to deal with the public. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!

Great wings, OK service. Ive had to drive back to this Wingstop probably 3 times because something was missing (sauce, or fries usually). They are very friendly and fix the problem each time but it does suck. Otherwise the food is so good, I keep coming back anyway. The prices went up a few months ago as well and the pricing is kinda weird but Ive adjusted.

Oh my gosh I cannot recommend any place more! The wings are amazing! I had the smokey bbq, original hot, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper and OMG they were divine! The lemon pepper is the best flavor ever! Also they were a good size, but not super huge. Another thing is that they still tastes fantastic reheated, so take those delicious wings home!

False Advertisement of "Open till Midnight. I tried to open the door at 11:43pm but it was locked. The cashier said "we close" after attempting to open the door. I also tried to call in my order at 11:15 pm but they keep answering and hanging up.

Like all women Im always counting calories, but these wings are really really good so I just eat a ton of them when Im there and dont worry about it. The coleslaw is good too. Service is fine, prices are ok. If you want some good wings go there.

Was hot and muggy in there felt like they didnt have the a/c on. Made the long wait uncomfortable, was ready to just walk out. Once the wings came they were good and crispy.. eating hot wings in a hot restaurant was not ideal.

They give you too much fries and not enough wings. The wings are average but the fries are actually above average IMO. The tables are really uncomfortable and sticky, would recommend you take it to go.

Please dont go here and eat, they have the driest chicken wings, and they are fried hard, and some of the wings are burnt, and they will not refund or give you a new meal....just sorry....

Good Wings, I prefer the Tenders to the bone in and Im not a fan of sugar on my fries. Also they are very pricey and need to have one dip with each order.

Love the garlic parmesan wings! Do yourself a favor though and order online. They cook to order so its going to take time if you just walk in.
