My wing stop experience is great the wings and boneless is on point. My favorite is the lemon pepper and Louisiana flavors. The host Katherine is awesome and very attentive. My only issue I have with this establishment is the phone. On one particular day called in a order spoke to someone and got disconnected. Called back the phone number was disconnected. When Ive arrived told the person at register I was disconnected and tried calling back several times the number was disconnected they had no idea. Second situation called again number was busy on several attempts and showed up not crowed at all? But overall clean establishment and have the coldest bottle beers in Buckeye my opinion.

Food is good but this place has horrible customer service. They mess up orders and dont apologise. Ive been here about four times now and this is the last. Placed an online order and was told it would be ready 33 minutes ago. Still not ready. A lot of others waiting with same issue. I understand places can get slammed. But there is no effort from management to try to make things right or even acknowledge it. They should be coming out front and talking to people at least briefly. Offering a free beverage or apologizing would go a long way. Some people waiting for almost an hour received incorrect orders. Beware if you come to this location.

Dont Eat Here Terrible expensive food. They charge extra for everything! Really, two sticks of celery are extra? Ranch is extra? I almost expected the napkins to cost money (which are in extremely short supply). The food is mediocre, and one of my wings was cold. I curse the day I said, "lets try that new wing place." Oh, and dont order the cheese sauce. It is toxic sludge.

Worst wings I have ever tasted! The skin was weird. I think they fry the wings naked and then just pour the sauce over them. There is no breading on the wings. It was hard to get the chicken off the bone. It took a long wait to get the food. Fries were good.

These are mild, not to spicy. Good flavor. Lemon Pepper and Hawaiian style. You do have to pay for the dipping sauce. They have a good selection of beer. Naked style with what ever sauce you like is my norm.

I called twice and was put on hold for some time 10 min tgen they hang up. I called again to complaint and they asked me can I put you on hold, when I refused they hang up in me. Very rude people

I preordered my family pack of wings an hour ahead of time and once I arrived to pick up my order, I still had to wait 20 min for my order to be ready. Ill never go back there again.
