Usually theres a good waiting time Etc but this time on July 2nd 2017 we went as usual to toddlers four adults one child and waiting for a table those there was hardly any people you know to three persons four persons being called back right away we saw them setting up our table which was behind us from the waiting area but yet we had to wait another 20 minutes till a man that was sitting next to the tables left that is not good practice for a restaurant maybe he ask not to be next to children but that then he should hurry up and leave that man had been there at least half hour already sitting down eating I know that he needs to take his time and eat blah blah but they shouldnt have set up a table for next to him Wii were already waiting 40 minutes for table yet we needed to wait another 20-30 minutes till you finish eating dont think so so we left

This restaurant has been a regular in my life these past few years. I loved it, and I always received great service. The past few times this has not been the case. My last few visits have been filled with all kinds of things that have made me not ever want to return. On one visit, I had to ask the waitress 3 times for hot sauce, and we had to ask repeatedly for refills on our drinks. The last few times, my order has always had something wrong with it. My last visit, we were harassed by the manager, and I am sorry to say that I will never return. I hope I can find one that was as good as this place used to be...

Terrible place. While waiting to be seated an elderly lady asked for water or coffee and the hostess said no, I shouldve left then! I asked to be seated on the side of the restaurant that was not in the sun and was told no because all of the tables were dirty; so I was seated else where and every table around me needed to have the old dishes and food removed. I stood up and looked in the only other section and had the same unsanitary view, my mother and I walked out; I was just trying to have a quick lunch with my mom. Well off to Chipotle.

Went in for lunch. It was dirty with food all over the floor. The waitress sat us and said.."I dont know whos going to wait on you today..were short ". They kept seating people and never asked for a drink or food order ..they started waiting on people that were seated at least 10 minutes after we were seated.we got up and left and told the waitress and cashier about our experience. They never apologized or offered to wait on us. They just said " I wonder who had that section". Poor service!

We have come to this Village Inn we moved to AZ in June. Breana at the front desk is so awesome. She always has a smile at 9:20 at night when we come for free pie. The staff is fantastic when it comes to making you feel welcome,and at home. Skylar, A.J, and Carlos function like a well oiled machine and the company should be proud to have them. I love coming and we always invite everyone from church to join in on the experience!!! Thanks,and much love from the Custodios

We drove the extra miles to have breakfast. I was disappointed when my food came to the table wrong while the server was on a break. During his break a nice lady checked on us. I asked my partner to eat, he felt bad. Manager brought my food asked if I needed anything else. No apology, just thought there would be a discount. The bill was full price and the server never had come to apologize. We decided we wouldnt buy the banana cream pie as we intended to...

Food was good, service was excellent. Left the waiter a 13$ tip on a 29$ bill. So we left 7$ cash on the table and 6$ on credit. Unfortunately when I got home and look at my online transactions I noticed that we were charged 8$ over our bill. The receipt clearly says 36$ but online account says 43$. Definitely looking into getting this straighten out. Besides this, it was great. But always double check what your being charged apparently.

Not to bad of a wait for a Sunday morning. Quality of the food surprised me. I had the Open Face a BLT. A baguette sandwich. Bread was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Good bacon, came with an egg as well and fries or hash browns. I chose hash browns. The browns were a dry. Wifey ordered the strawberry crepes. She told they were some of the better ones that she has had. The coffee is ok. The service was good.

Went to this village inn this morning, their service is terrible. It took them almost 20 mins just to get our drinks out to us and waited over an hour for our food which we never received. Multiple other parties came in after we were seated and had finished eating their meals while me and mine werent even served. I will never go back to this place, I would give it zero stars if it were possible

Service pleasant but incredibly slow, table not served at sametime, didnt get whole order. Canacelle part had it taken off then offered pie to take home but had to pay partial amoubt...not good customer service. Took 1.5 hours to get breakfast and get it wrong. Watched table in front of us go thru same thing! Next time here...wnot go there, we are here a lot.

Dirty glasses and silverware, sticky tables. My waitress kept forgetting my water, I never got my water in the end, and I had to repeat my order to her 3 times as if it was loud AND after she took the order of the table next to me that had sat down at least 5 minutes after I did... This was my first time at a Village Inn and will definitely be the last.

Service was lacking and very slow. Food was cold by the time it arrived. Had to ask for drink refills and one to go box was brought even though we both had leftovers so had to ask for a second. When checking out the manager asked how everything was and I said the food was cold and she said she was sorry. And that was that. We wont be back.

this place was surprisingly slow on Wednesday free pie day... I went with some friends for coffee and pie and they were all very nice. when the pie selections I made kept being sold out the manager was kind enough to let me have my choice of some that were not offered as free pie. I liked it and will go back

I loved this location. It was clean, they had nice bathrooms and the service was good. They were accommodating about my custom order if French toast with orange crepe sauce and whip cream. I would definitely go back. I was to busy munching to get better pics of the food though lol

Excellent service, excellent food, good price for the 5 of us for breakfast. The multi-grain pancake were delicious and to be truthful I thought they wouldnt taste that good but I was watching my calories. Im taking my son back tomorrow after his doctors appointment.
