The food taste good but i think this place has a problem being cleaned by the teenagers working there we were seated at a booth that had food all over the chairs and greasy finger prints on the table..we asked the hostest seating us if she could clean the table and then she said yes so she went and grabbed a rag and wiped it down and told us to have a seat...i asked if we could be seated at a different table because she still couldnt get the area clean so we went and sat at a booth across the way. When she seated us at the new table she put our silverware on the table and looking down she had our silverware on top of the dirty rag she used to wipe the other table and the napkins were damp from the dirty rag so I had to ask if I could get new silverware after that. As me and my husband sit here there is a elderly couple that was about to be seated in the same place we were before and they had to ask for there table to be wiped as well...that table was wiped 3 times before someone wanted to sit here..this is sad!..then looking around the area there was clean tables that no one had been sitting at for about 15 mins the floor was covered with dirty food... and no one was cleaning it up!! Then our waiter came and delivered our drinks to us...my husband ordered coffee and the coffee was sat on the table with the outside of the container dirty from someone els with white stuff on it...it was just one thing after another sadly this place needs to get on top of there workers to clean a little better.

What a disgrace of a place!!!! I have a family of 6 and we were sat right next to the restrooms where there is a lot of traffic. Having so much comotion in this area it was hard to enjoy our conversation. Also, we didnt have our waitress come back to the table for refills or even ask how our meal was after someone else had served our plates. They literally took our order and we asked for the check. Then Linda (a server who i did not have, THANK GOD!) Was by the kiosk located in the back complaining to other staff members the whole time about the people at her tables. She said she was just "sacked" because a whole table had ordered nothing but waters; maybe they like water. Also complaining about a young couple who was sat in her area because they werent ordering fast enough. Cmon people who does your training? Youll never see my face there again. To people in the area that would like a good breakfast experience try I & Js restaurant at El Mirage and Bell behind the gas station.

I told the hostess we were pressed for time. They sent out an alternate wait staff because ours was super busy. She took our order and we waited 25 minutes for a salad and kids pancakes. Just befor our food came out she stopped at our table and I told her to please make our order to go! Several minutes later she brought it out plated so she had to go back and get us to go boxes. Finally when I paid I told the cashier/manager how slow the service was. He just said "sorry to hear that". After all that our order was wrong!!! Wont be patronizing that restaurant again!!!!

We eat out everyday and we choose Village Inn on Happy Valley Rd in Peoria Az as often as possible. They are so friendly, the food is good and its a very clean restaurant. The manager, Jay, is really caring about how the service is and a lot of times he is in the kitchen preparing food and making sure its what we order. The waitress are all very good and friendly. We have made some really good friends with some of them and share what is going on in life.. I could give some names but dont want to leave anyone out.

Unfortunately their breakfast wasnt very good, it was pretty generic, I would compare it to the Chef Boyardee of breakfast. My wifes food was cold, and they didnt comp. Black Bear on 59th Ave and Bell road puts this place to shame. 35$ for 2 people and for the quality of food is just not worth it. I would recommend going to Black Bear or Cracker Barrel , its more cost effective and the food is much much better. Sadly we wont be back unless quality and pricing gets tremendously better. Good Luck!

The only reason why Im putting two stars is because we were seated quickly and the workers were very polite. But it took a while till we were able to get drinks, food and our order in. When the food arrived mine was ok but my wifes waffle was ice cold but put on a hot plate to try and warm it up, it seemed, and the eggs that came with the meal were pathetic and the bacon cooked to a crisp. Overall not happy with this visit, probably going to IHOP next time.

This place is a train wreck! The manager tries hard enough, but its a losing battle. 3 hostesses standing up front doing nothing while tables full of people sit with empty or no drinks at all. Waitresses talking to their friends instead of tending to guests. Like its village inn, not a 5 star joint we get it....but come on. Watched countless complain to the manager on there way out, guy doesnt stand a chance with that staff.

staff is great food is great its just a little dirty. We had been shown to our seats and the table had not been wiped properly, the chairs had food smeared from the children before us, and there was food on the floor. so we asked to be seated in another table. i then had ordered coffee and the coffee pot had food smeared all over the bottom and side of it. everythig else was great tho

Another breakfast option finally! We have slim pickings around here for breakfast. Great for late breakfast. Im a huge fan of breakfast all day so it suits me. Busy in the mornings on the weekends and still adjusting to the busyness. They will get it and be great. Sometimes the food can take a while if busy but they are still learning the area and when to staff.

Been twice to this new location. First time was really good, except the hash browns were overdone. 2nd time, we were seated and no one came to wait on us. I had to go to the front after 10-15 minutes for help and when we did finally get a waiter, no apology and no greeting. Just "what do you want to drink?" Not sure when Ill go back.

Great place to grab breakfast. The food is your standard VI food, and not quite as on par with the Haymaker down the street, but the award for service and overall attitude of the staff definitely go to this location! Would gladly go back and recommend.

Highly recommended for pies...they all look amazing! We came here for breakfast and they had tons of options on the menu. Lots of selections with egg whites which was great. Servers were friendly and manager visited to make sure all was great.

We came in here at 11:30 pm after 14 hrs of being in the car, and they got us seated, fed, and out of there before close. The waitress was very attentive, and overall, we had good meals. It was also spotless inside.
