where to start..... me and my husband had went in for a late dinner before our movie started, we got "Ms. P" as a sever she was GREEEEEAT i give her 5 stars. she was a elderly women working hard doing her job she came to our table well mannered as it should be BUT the cook i couldnt get his name.. was very rude to his co-workers! There was another young man african american on the clock working fine on the other tables when Ms. P got our orders and the young man got his table orders they had told the cook and he responded to them in a very angry high pitch tone "hey you need to look at me while your talking to me i can not here one thing your saying" and throughout the whole time i was staring at him i seen how he was in a really mad mood slamming the food on the grill slamming the plates just to say my husbands bacon was burnt his hash browns WERENT cooked all the way through i had ordered a cheeseburger yet of course he FORGOT the cheese, the meat was soaking in grease it was really bad!! If the cook was very angry then he shouldnt be at work!!! i had reached over to Ms. P asking if a manger was around she had said no and asked why, i had told her that the cook was very rude to her and the young man... she said yeah i know hes in such a bad mood she also said i wasnt the first to complain about him Im not surprised!!! she didnt do anything but ignored him as it should be... a job is a job but i will rather be dead then to work with mr angry cook. my husband from his heart left Ms.P a 5 dollar tip, she was really appreciated..i hope the best for her i loved her..i would go back to this waffle house since its close to my house but only if the cook was NOT THERE i wouldnt like to see my food it thrown around and also hear my plate being slammed. and by the way the 5 stars go out to Ms. P and the young man. NOT the cook

To start off there is barely any people here. So make sure you bring someone. The prices are high for nothing. It is not worth it at all. The food is horrible. You would want to eat cereal instead of this food. It is open 24-7 and drunk people are always in there. They do not keep the bathrooms very clean. The food is not healthy at all. There is not a healthy menu. When I got my plate there was grease all over the plate from the sausage. The quantity is small for how expensive it is. The scenery is old fashion and sometimes I get a headache from looking at the pictures. It smells like it hasn’t been washed in a while. The waiter/waitresses take a long time to take your order and to bring your beverages. The location is always by off ramps. There are too many and we could have better restraunt at there locations. Also outside I have seen many bugs and critters. That includes cockroaches, and spiders it doesn’t look like the bug man comes that much. Its location is not the friendliest part of town. If you go to a waffle house bring lots of money because it is located very far from houses. It was gross because I had a bug inside my pancake. I demanded a refund and they gave me half of the money I paid for the food.

My stomach is queasy after having breakfast there. So many things wrong. Food was not good. Tasted horrible. Had omelet, toast and hash browns. The cheese they used was the plastic cheese food that is cheap to buy. I paid extra for cheese on the taters and they put a square of plastic cheese on it and called it good. They used a big amount of garlic powder making it worse yet, and very gloppy. Plastic cheese was used on my omlette, making it hard to eat as well. I had to work just to eat this stuff. Wheat toast was the cheap stuff too. Bad. Of the five women working in this shoebox restaurant, not once was I asked if I needed anyhing, or how it was. I had to request more coffee as all five were busy talking together. One kept squezzng a bar rag out directly in front of me. It was nasty. Got one jelly for four half slices of toast. Need I continue? I did enjoy the coffee,, which I has to ask for a refill during the gossip meeting. Save yourself. Go to Dennys instead.

Ive been here twice and noticed a distinct rudeness. I walk in and sit down and nothing is said to me. Another couple walks in after me and there are 4 different voices greeting them with "Welcome to Waffle House". The person I was waiting for came in and got the same greeting. I dont know what I did wrong but everyone else that came in got a very pleasant greeting. Maybe I was the wrong color. The Hispanic waitress I had was very gruff when she finally came to the table. She greeted me with "let me know when youre ready to order" and walked off. She didnt say "good morning", "hello"...nothing. She didnt even offer me a drink. The food was ok. Refills ok. But she put the check down and deliberately put the sticky syrup bottle on top of it. So, if you choose to go to this Waffle House despite this review, dont be surprised if they treat you like they dont want your business.

We had a great waitress, she talked us into trying the chocolate chip and peanut butter waffle (and it was AWESOME), unfortunately I dont remember her name but we were at table #18 (just in case she sees this). The bad review comes courtesy of Todd the cashier, when he was giving me my change he wasnt going to give me any $1 bills, so I asked him to break a $5. To my request he shrugged his shoulders never saying a word. He was a bit young so I thought I would let him know why he should want to give change like that. I told him he should always make sure there are plenty of smaller bills to encourage better tips. NOW THE KID DECIDES TO OPEN HIS MOUTH AND SAYS, "It doesnt matter, its not my tip." WOW!!! Management you should bounce him out the door immediately, he is NOT a team player, and will only damage your business.

Anytime I go to waffle House it isnt for the vegetarian health food plate. I go there for the fact that I love a greasy spoon truck stop joint that has good tasting food! Kyle there whined the sausage left grease on his plate.... FFS, its sausage. Duh! The best thing about Waffle House is you can go in 24 hours a day, get a plate of pork chops and eggs, with a mound of hash browns slathered in onions, cheese, and some damn good chili. And if you didnt trust the local, why did you two bother stopping? Keep on truckin. So for the health nut that wrote a review in 09, DONT come back, none of us that like good food and a greasy spoon joint atmosphere need you in there mucking it up. Go buy some carrot sticks and shhhhh! And about the bug in you PANCAKE.... that they dont serve... gods at least complain right....
