Im giving them 2 stars because i did get food. I placed a phone order for pick up, orginally i wanted the fried mahi mahi which is one of L and Ls staples and kimchee. They had neither. I then opted for there substandard replacement of the fried swai and half chicken katsu. My coworker order the garlic shrimp. We drove 15 minutes to pick up and headed back to work only to find they gave me breaded shrimp with over cooked unflavorful katsu. My coworkers dish was some steamed veggies with 6 said small shrimp that seamed to been steamed in with the veggies and garlic thrown on top. This has been the worst $20.00 spent here by far. We will continue to eat at l&l just not at this location. Very dissapointed.

Im so blessed my work is sooo close to this L&L location...super good service all the time...and for some reason this L&L is NOT like the one in Maryland... dont go to the one in Maryland I dont even think they go by L&L standards

Huge portions, and great taste. Very much a fast food feel with food in styrofoam containers, but a great quick meal that is different from the usual burgers and fries. Also, NOT fast food, FYI.

Chicken Katsu is the bomb, sometimes the call in to-go phone operation is BAD so 4 stars. This is one of my favorite restaurants.

This is a great place to grab a meal. Open until 10pm every night, they are courtious and their mac salad is to die for.
