Theres a cover charge for this little hole in the wall place... theres 2 pool tables and like 6 bar chairs... why on earth would I give 5 dollars for that? Not even an event was going on. 2 or 3 people tops were in there.

Service is hit or miss. Better know who ever is tending bar.. or at least flirt with bartender if you want any kind of speedy service!! Happy hour seems more like social hour!
