UNBELIEVABLE! This place is in a non-descript strip mall with a sign that youll miss if you dont pay attention. But you walk through the door and youre immediately surprised. The ambiance is wonderful and definitely the not the sterile environment youd expect from a strip mall sushi place. The sushi is DELICIOUS. Its literally the best sushi Ive had in a long time, and I eat sushi at least once or twice a month. Its the best Ive ever had in the greater Nashville area with the exception of perhaps Wild Ginger in Franklin. It beats Peters in Brentwood, Miyako in Nashville, and maybe even Virago from a food standpoint. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Super fresh and wonderful flavor combinations. The only negative (and I say this tongue in cheek) is the variety. Theres so much of it, its hard to decide what you want. LOVED it. And very reasonably priced...not priced like Virago or Wild Ginger at all. Itll be a regular stop from me going forward. I had the Sonomono roll (spelling), the Spike roll and the Volcano roll (my favorite). Itll be hard not to order all the same again, but I cant wait to try others!

After all these 4 and 5 star reviews, I was expecting more. Positives: * Service was quick * Waiter was courteous and offered to answer any questions * Well decorated * Clean tables and dishes Negatives: * THREE menus for the sushi -- which means youll need to find what you want on two of them and then find their price on the third one * No weekend lunch specials -- youre walking out of there with at least $30 on your tab * Booth seats are hard benches with maybe an inch of foam -- seems minor until you actually sit on one As for the food: Im so confused, because this was just like every other sushi place Ive been too, and the "fusion" aspect is nothing different at all. Nearly every joint has fried and dessert rolls. What makes this place stand out? I thought this would be the little secret of Murfreesboro, tucked away to steal Samurais business, but Samurais offers WAY more in terms of atmosphere, comfort, and selection.

Was so Looking forward to eating here as all of the reviews were so high. Alas, i was a bit disappointed. When i went, at 5pm, the place was empty so i expected quick service. I ordered only sushi with no appy. Took about 15 minutes to get my order. I noticed them filling "to go" orders before the chef started my order. When the sushi arrived, it was beautiful in presentation but one bite of each of my rolls told the true story. The sushi was very bland. Had hardly any flavor. The test of sushi is how it tastes without any soy or wasabi. Mine was tastless. I came very hungry and was so looking forward to this experience but i have to say i was disappointed. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean and cozy, but this wasnt enough to bring it up past 3 stars. Final thought, i probably wont be back.

Fin Fusion is the place that made me love sushi. Im a typical local who grew up thinking that good seafood was fried catfish. I work in Nashville, and some co-workers got me interested in sushi. I enjoyed the crunchy shrimp and California rolls that I was getting in Nashville, and then a friend recommended Fin Fusion to me. I was immediately hooked. I quickly overcame my cultural bias of distaste of raw fish, and now it is my preferred way to eat seafood. The entire menu became available to me, and my satisfaction grew. Ive been dining there for several years. Its fun to see it become more popular (not unheard of for people to be waiting out the door at busy times), but Im impressed how theyve retained the cozy atmosphere. The staff are great, too.

Definitely one of the best sushi places in town. I go to different places every now and then to discover new things, but Fin Fusion is the restaurant I regularly go back to. They have a pretty extensive list of creative and traditional rolls (Im fond of their broiled lobster roll and fruit rolls) and its always fun to try new favorites. I have a friend who absolutely loves their spicy tuna rolls more than any other place in town. They ARE on the pricier side, but try going during their lunch hours - they offer great discounts on their mako rolls and combos. The atmosphere is pretty cozy and quiet (aside from the radio), the staff are very friendly (they know me by name now, haha), and food is top-notch. Cant ask for a better restaurant

My favorite place on earth!! The fish is fresh, the selection of rolls grows almost every week, and it will ruin other sushi places for you. Ive eaten sushi in Hawaii, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Green Hills, Clarksville, Jackson and Paris, TN... this place is the best. My husband and I both love this place. I love it because I can find rolls that arent spicy. He loves it because he can find rolls that will set you ablaze. They have a whole section of deep fried rolls, fresh rolls (with Strawberries and other fresh fruits), etc. Try the "White Day" and "D4" rolls. The White Day sauce is amazing

I absolutely love this place! I was on the way to another restaurant, when I saw Fin Fusion, and decided to go there sometime later. I fell in love with this place the first time I ever went. I go there all the time, they are probably the cheapest and most delicious sushi Ive had. Ive been to plenty of sushi places and Im always disappointed because it is not as great as this place. LAURA is very wrong in the pricing. I have spent less them 20 dollars on only 4 rolls. The service is amazing and so friendly, I love them! Ive become addicted to this place, and I am frequently there. I drive 20 miles to go there! THE BEST.

Ordered the special sushi combo by chefs choice and it was superb. The only sushi bar Ive ever been to where the chef took the time to apply Wasabi to my nigiri. Also, one of the only to use the proper amount of rice, just enough to compliment the fish and not overwhelm it in order to make the order have more volume. Very good signs of a quality sushi bar and a chef who understands quality sushi and how to serve it. Sadly I do not live in the area. Otherwise, I would return here on a weekly basis. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates quality sushi. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

The previous reviewer is wrong! They obviously do not know sushi, nor do I believe for a second that they paid 53.00 dollars for a kids meal and 4 rolls. Prices start at 3.95 for choices like the California roll. I order take out from here on a regular basis. I usually get the kids meal, and pick from about 5 sushi choices and have never paid 53 dollars! The point being that their great! Try the MTSU roll or their fruit rolls the Happy roll is especially good. Everyone is friendly and will often slip in free samples in my to go orders. Love it!

My experience with this place has always been a good and the food is delicious. I decided to do take out after work one day. When I called they told me it would take 30min. I thought they must already be busy at 5pm. That was not the case. When I arrived it was only 4 people sested and my order had already been placed over 30min ago. I was upset that it takes them this long to get togo orders out when no one is dinning in but when they are busy and you get seated its fast. Needs to be look at.
