I have lived in Moody off and on my whole life. This Ruby Tuesday has been around longer than me, and was typically the only place open after a football game, so I have been here enough to see the restaurant change through the years. However, lately, the service in this store has been horrible lately. Today I called their store to place a togo order, I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. Finally a girl gets on the phone and takes my order and is extremely short with me. I get to the store for my pickup, notice the restaurant is a bit busy. I go to the bar and tell them my name. The bartender/server/togo person greets me, doesnt smile, is not personable with me at all. She simply gives me my check and walks away. I am a manager at a restaurant. I understand sometimes we get distracted or we have bad days, however, your bad day has nothing to do with me. I am a customer and I am making sure the lights are staying on the least you can do is smile and act as if you care. It will be a while before I go back, if I do.

Horrible and didnt get what we ordered and what we got was burned and terrible! Service wasnt worth a ****! And I was completely dissatisfied with the whole time there I will never eat there again! F ing waffle House does a better job than that place I swear I hope they go out out business! Its really fu**** up that we work our as**s off to be treated like that! And to get shi* for food! Should have just went to waffle House instead!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon entering there was an undesirable smell and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I ordered the Salad bar and Chicken Strips. The salad was good but the chicken strips were different tasting, not as good. Maybe the oil? Not sure. Somewhat disappointing especially for the price.. Service was great.

Drinks were good. However the shrimp fondue should be called "tomato" fondue due to lack of actual shrimp present. The changes to your awesome (in the past) salad bar leaves one wondering why you would change one of your best things you had going.

I had been to this location several times in the past couples of years and the food and service had been subpar, but I went the other day and everything was great! My meal was amazing and was served quickly. Plus our waitress was really great!

My husband and myself have eaten at Ruby Tuesday a good bit. I must say we have enjoyed our meal every time we have been there. The service is great and the food is awesome. Highly recommended it.

I was sat and waited. Four or five staff walked by multiple times. After 15 minutes, I left and had a great experience next door at Logans. Never even offered a drink.
