I would like to start by saying Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. I am sad to admit that I have only ever had a mediocre experience at best here at this location. I just went in to make a purchase (not to be seated) and for me, tonight was the last straw. Granted it was pretty busy for a weekday, but you cannot make a sale if you dont at least -acknowledge- the person standing at your cash register. I was directed to a register by the gentleman doing seating, and then promptly ignored by everyone who came up to the registers. I probably stood there for 10 minutes without anyone so much as looking at me, at which point I just left. I had at least two people walk up to the register in front of me to handle the ticket for someone who I presume was seated and already served. Not once did either of them so much as look up at me. Id rather purchase the sauce directly from the franchise website and make my own chicken than waste my evening waiting on and supporting this staff. They appear to have zero motivation to do the work they are employed to do. I hate that it has come to this, because like I said its probably one of my favorite foods to eat. I will not be going here to eat again.

Ever since my son was diagnosed with Leukemia when he was 3, Buffalo Wild Wings had been his favorite restaurant...he even chose to have his " Make a Wish" reveal party there...all at the Murfreesboro location...he is now 10, and has relapsed 3 times and had a bone marrow transplant....he still wants to come here when he can....The staff is amazing, always remembers our family, and they do for others in the community...class act all the way....we love this place♡

I just came through the Murfreesboro store for a pick-up order and was greeted with warm hospitality and wonderful attitudes! My receipt says my cashier was Bruceann, and if thats accurate, she was incredibly helpful! She helped me get signed up for Buffalo Wild Wings reward program and did so in a bright and personable manner! Really impressed!! She deserves a raise!!!! :D Its not too often youre greeted with incredible customer service anymore. - Ashley

Put in a to go order. Walked in to pick it up waited at the counter for 5 min. Three different people walked passed me without saying a word. I walked to the bar. No bartender. Saw 4 employees looking at their phones. I saw one server waiting on all the tables that were in there. I had to walk up to her and ask where the manager was. They were not that busy. Learn to be more observant!

We have eaten here a couple of times for Lunch. Both times we were seated immediately without a wait. Our servers were friendly and quick. The food is good. We like to order the queso dip as an appetizer. The appetizer tacos are very good. We will definitely be back.

The service staff is full of good people who try and when improvement is needed they improve and apologize for any inconveniences that have happened. People just want to complain but on any given normal day this place is a great hang. Thank you BWW staff.

Wings and chilli con queso is good everything else is hit or miss and waiters are hit or miss. Beer selection is good. Its ehh everything they serve can be done better elsewhere but this place is conveniently on my way home so I tend to choose easy.

Took alot of our baseball team after my son and another Coaches son hit a homrun. The waitress was awesome, didnt take no time to get seated, got our food fast and the food was good! Great service!

BWW used to be pretty good now its just a disappointment. The boneless wings must have been Tyson precooked wings. Chick-fil-a is much better sad to say. The staff was great though.
