At least I didnt get food poisoning. Actually the food was fine. My biggest grip deals with the patrons and the small dining sitting area. Golden Corral doesnt necessarily attract the cleanest, most outstanding citizens of our country. Youll be sharing the small cramped dining area with people wearing what can only be described as swimming outfits. Women of various body proportions revealing more of their body than I certainly cared to behold. Loud obnoxious men carrying on conversations of questionable taste for people attempting to have a meal. Rude folks in general that will congregate around your table while you are seated and make conversation with aquanentices. Think about it as visiting in a high school cafeteria only the kids have all grown up and accepted government assistance. Thats dining at this Gold Corral.

My family and I experience here was horrible. Upon arriving, we waited for 30min in a line for clean plates. We then waited 45min in a line for steaks, to receive them burnt..None of the food was refilled. My son asked one of the food prepares for cheese for his nachos and the guy stated " Aint No Cheese" then when he seen me he went to get the cheese can and told me itll be 30min before he is able to put the cheese out... Once seated I noticed why there wasnt any plates because two of the waiters in the section I was seated in was stacking the plates on the table in a pile, I guess to see which one of them was gone clean the mess.. I fill like my family and I did not receive the proper service for what we paid to eat here.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had! Do NOT waste your time or your money! The manager was rude and disrespectful - the restaurant was filthy and over crowded. And the wait staff was short handed! This place should be closed down by the HEALTH DEPT. - Children were allowed to play with the chocolate fountain and put their nasty little hands all over the fresh fruit and other items. The food bar was filthy! The restrooms were nasty - over all - you are better off eating anywhere but here! And the manager raised her voice at us and would not even give us a chair for and elderly lady we had in our group to sit while we waited for our tables! Again, do NOT go there!

I would like to share that my family and I visit Golden Corral from time to time, kids like going there because of the variety of food they serve, some of the employees are very friendly while others are not so much, it feels like You as the customer are bothering them and some of them are friendly times, I guess it depends on what day you visit them. I have seen how dirty and they dont wash their hands when changing food and are very sloppy , Every time I visit this particular one, I always get an upset stomach , I would rather not go but the kids always want to go . I only have it a 3 star rating because of the ones that do provide good customer service.

Went on Sunday night. They were extremely busy as expected, but also terribly understaffed. My waitress was on break until mid way through my meal. Luckily, a nearby section had a great waitress who picked us up on our servers behalf. I say luckily because we actually got our drinks refilled on time and once our waitress came back, she was not a good one. Sloppy, no eye contact, never aware of anticipation of our needs. I didnt leave until I found the Savior waitress and made sure she received my tip. NOT the waitress who came to the game late and tried to clean up sloppy.

Received gift certificate for wifes birthday. 6/5/17 arrived about 3pm, did notlok to busy, picked up drinks and headed to a table. So far this were OK! The problem was when I went to the salad bar, most of the fixes had been mauled, no lettuce and the deviled eggs where mess! Made me wonder about the Healt Rating, what it was and where was it. Back to the table, wife had gotten her food, cold chicken, dry roast beef, pick over sides. Did I mention nothing was on the grill. Very disappointed! Not exactly what I had in mind for my wifes Birthday.

The food is not always hot or available at the time your plating your meal, you have to wait or ask. Another time a waitress was ill and continued coughing on customers and the food.She stated the mgr made her clock out but wouldnt let her leave, many of us couldnt believe her sneezing and coughing, gagging. When the situation was brought up to mgmt. She was sent home. 30 minutes later she sat laughing and coughing on ppl. I told her werent you sent home, she finally left. Its going down hill.

One of the worst ones I have eaten at. We were the only white people in the section we sat in. This was fine I did not have a problem with this. Our waitress was not white and she totally ignored our table. Our glasses did not get refilled one time. She was friendly and very helpful to the other tables but did not once speak to us or help us in any way. I was furious. You do not treat people this way no matter their color or race.

23.08 for mash potatoes, that was the only thing I ate that even came close to tasting edible. Meat loaf(Bland), coconut shrimp (Over Cooked), and vegetables that tasted straight out of a can. Loved the food & it was hot , like it should have been ! If I had to critique something , it would be the cleanliness of the seating area, which this might be that they stay so busy ? My theory here is to hire more people to tend the front area where the turn over is so great ! A "Good Buffett" with lots of choices of food !

Good variety of food, mostly fresh and seasoned. Salad bar left a lot to be desired. The cauliflower was brown. Tomatoes were spoiled. Serving utensils were sticky and needed to be replaced regular at the very least wiped off. The server for our table was very attentive about keeping the table clean.

I eat here 3 times a month. There has been a different experience every time. Today, 10th March, at lunch, it has been an excellent lunch, The food was exceptionally good. I felt they were short on waitresses but they were very polite and trying their best, My lunch was a good experience today.

Out of all the times I have eaten at this place, Easter Sunday was the worst. The so called clean plates still had food on them, the utensils were nasty. The Manager was rude, they were short handed so we had to seat ourselves, the tables were nasty the food was cold. REDICULOUS.

I ate there three times on this Memorial Day weekend and the food was good and the restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms. We had different waitresses each night and they were so good and quick about requests. I really liked this Golden Corral in Montgomery, Alabama.
