I would have given two stars, but for two things: the intensely flavored smoky chipotle mocha and the grits of the day! Whats good: device was awesome! Staff if kind and patient as well as expedient. The mocha seemed espresso machine made with a nice froth and wonderful flavor. The chipotle spice kicks you right in the taste buds with every sip and the honey and orange zest draw down the harshness of the spice. The grits of the day were cheese grits with turkey sausage. Now, I love grits and grow very tired of watered down, flavorless grits. Wild Eggs does not disappoint! Thicker, cheesy and with chunks of cut up turkey sausage, the grits are full of flavor and savory! Whats not so good: Well...everything else. Eggs are out of a carton for omlettes, not fresh cracked. If they are, theyve added far too much water or milk to them and gives them an overfluffed, rubbery texture lacking flavor. Home fries were prepackaged, similar to Bob Evans and cooked grill top with onions. They were almost powdery inside in some cases, not conveying the texture of real home fried potatoes. Pancakes were ordered just one as a bread. Absolutely. No. Flavor. Just flour and water and egg. No vanilla, no allspice, nothing. Butter, powdered sugar and syrup did not help. And it looked delicious! I felt as though Id been conned! While the asthetics of Wild Eggs is airy, open and bright, its food leaves me- well- hungry.... wish it could have been better... ***sidenote: The manager took my omlette off my bill! Kudos for customer service! ***

Wild Eggs has become our go to for Saturday or Sunday morning breakfast excursions. In the towns of Noblesville, Fishers, and Carmel these excursions can be expensive and time consuming thanks to the long lines. Wild Eggs has been very consistent in seating us quickly without cramming us in like sardines. The food is always well prepared. Their items include the normal fare such as pancakes, french toast, and omelets. Their flavors tend to be more on the spicy side, which I like. Their crepes are borderline desserts which is fine but not my style. The coffee is just ok. We usually bring our own, nearly anywhere we go, except for one place that is named similarly to pat a shoe :). I wish more places like this would serve locally sourced coffees. Indy has a number of roasters available that could provide a much more enjoyable cup. Overall, this chain has been great. Service is top notch and the food has been consistent. If you get something with syrup, pay for the real thing. Its better than their blend of maple flavored corn syrup....

I really enjoy visiting this breakfast restaurant. Normally, I am not the biggest fan of breakfast because every restaurant is almost the exact same: large quantities of omelettes, pancakes, and bacon/sausage. Wild Eggs offers a variety of different choices including meats not just pork or sausage for breakfast, like their chicken crepes. They have meals that are not entirely composed of carbs and high sugar meals (think pancakes in syrup or fruit crepes with sugary preserves piled high) that other typical restaurants serve. The atmosphere is relaxed and every visit I have made the staff has been friendly and accommodating. They have, among the tables inside, a 10-12 person "bar" where you can sit and be served as if sitting at a counter. Last thing, they have a list of specialty coffees which are unique and really good. The cafe miel is different and very tasty. I recommend this restaurant as an alternative for slightly different but very good breakfast fare.

Went there as an invited guest before they opened for the trial run and everything was great. Went back 9 months or so later in my work clothes and the guy seating everyone made me feel less than welcome. The food was good, server very friendly and attentive, but I couldnt get past that guy looking me over and saying, very condescendingly, "can I help you ". He seemed very surprised when I said that I wanted to get some breakfast. I think that he thought that I was a homeless person wanting to use the restroom or something. Not sure what his deal was, but I probably wont go back.

This place is OK. Wouldnt recommend. Egg and I serves better/healthier food for less. IMO, the varieties and food options are also better at Egg and I. We got a side of avocado that was browned and didnt look fresh. The kids pancakes are hugey and thick. The butter thats used to fry seems unnatural/artificial. The soap in the restrooms smells terrible. Dont wash your hands here before eating or even after. The staff is nice and friendly. He atmosphere inside/outside is nice.

Overpriced for sub par food. The restaurant is very loud with tiled floors and the restaurant was maybe half filled. The waitress didnt really recommend anything. Im guessing she was just being honest. The coffee taste like its from a gas station. The items didnt seem to have much flavor. I only ate about half of the meal due to taste. I would recommend Bubs breakfast, Le Peeps or even Taco Bell for breakfast before going back. Highly overrated.

The food was okay. Coffee was terrible. The atmosphere is very stale, and didnt feel clean. The floor was sticky, and my shoes are still sticking even after we left. It feels like dining in a cafeteria. The hostess was dressed very inappropriately, and the music was offensive. The server was touching my food when she brought it to the table. Overall, we spent $24 to learn that we will never be back, nor will we recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Just sat down. Ordered the "Wild Western " omelette. I asked to substitute the potatoes and muffin for fruit and veggies. The waiters, (who was very nice) told me that the substitute would cost me $1.49 PER SUBSTITUTUTION!!!! What? $3.00 more for a small cup of fruit and .20c worth of veggies???? I didnt even stay. That ridiculous. Wild eggs is wildly expensive for a normal breakfast.

Quaint, Retro, Delicious. The food was fantastic. Beautifully prepared, warm, fresh, and yummy. All of our food came out in a very timely manner. Service was top notch, Jenna was very helpful and quick to make sure we had everything we needed. The crêpes are delicious, but smaller portioned, so please order more than just the crêpes if you are feeling hungry!!

I had the Chicken and Waffles and Peppermint Mocha. The mocha had actual peppermint candy bits in it! Yummy! Chicken and waffles were the best I have ever had! Chicken and bacon infused in the batter with a fried chicken breast on top. The breast is usually smothered in hot Tennessee sause. I opted for it on the side. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.

Wild Eggs was one our favorite places to eat at Kentucky, unfortunately our expectations where too high for de new restaurant at Carmel.Food is ok, service is bad as presentation of the restaurant, need more atencion! dishes no very clean and sure they dont have enough because they always bring something wet dripping water every where.

Had breakfast here for the first time and it was delicious! Service was on point too. They offer unique twist on traditional breakfast fare. The husband and I both had Kalamity Katies Border Benedict. Green chili cheddar corn cakes , chorizo and queso fundido made this some of the best eggs Benedict Ive ever eaten.

I always judge breakfast joints by whether I could have done better at home. For most of the fare at Wild Eggs I probably could. Then theres the usually long wait during times when you want to eat breakfast. So not someplace Id highly recommend but the chilaquiles are very good!
