Well yesterday morning my daughter and i went for breakfast. We get to ihop which wasnt busy. Asked to sit in a booth and the hostess ( who was more concerned with her drawn on eyebrows then customer service) said she didnt have any available. There were 3 booths empty and set. We were seated at a table and waited a while for "Star" to wait on us. She was half ass spraying and wiping tables but finally got to us. We ordered and waited a while for drinks. Then waited over 30 minutes for our food. This place was not busy but customers who came in after us were being served tgeir food. Perhaps it had something to do with our waitress "Star" gabbing with the manager (loudly) about purchasing a car soon and the manager complaining she wanted to take her birthday off. My daughter liked ihop she loves the crepes. I do not. I find this location to be dirty, slow, rude staff and the food is over priced and not delish by any means just looks thrown together. I will NEVER go here again. I will go down the street to Annas where the food is amazing, well priced and the service is spectacular! Shame on this ihop, this place is gross! I wish i could give negative stars!

The service here is the second to none. My wife and I visited the Ihop in Holland and the hostess welcomed us with open arms and a smile I think her name was Karara. She even opend the front door for us. The manager sat us at our table, He was a middle aged man with blonde hair. He walked us to a booth which was by the window and made us feel very welcomed. The server Claudia was fantastic and even suggested the special which was a delicious cheesecake pumpkin pancakes. Being a restaurant owner myself I watched the manager as he ingaged himself with the customers and made everyone feel welcomed and satisfied. The employees seem so happy and relaxed. Everyone worked as a team and as busy as this place was I knew this was a well run operation. We got our coffee and before you know it our food was out..As a resturant owner I can only wish I could have a staff and manager like this. We will return. Love the breakfast. Dave!!!

Out of chocolate chips for a pancake breakfast. At least three people standing around doing nothing. And plenty of stores that have them around. Not even cleaning the dirty benches that the children refuse to it on. A total of four people in the restaurant excluding my family. Heard someone speaking loudly to the kitchen staff in English. However the gentleman back there doesnt speak it as his native language. Had to speak even louder in Spanish for him to understand. I order a bacon cheese burger didnt get any bacon on it. Ordered some onion rings, didnt receive or offered anything to dip them in. Pop was completely flat. Our waittess rung up the bill at the end. However she had to go find a pen to use. When you a waitress and a big part of your job is taking orders. How do you not have something to write with? This was by far the worst experience Ive had at any breakfast restaurant ever. Will not be back.

On Wednesday, March 4, 2009 my daughter and her friends went to IHop after performing in the school play. They wanted a "quick" bite. It took the wait staff approx 25 minutes (the kids said 45, Im trying to give them the benefit) to get their drink orders taken. She returned 3 times to get their order straight. There were 5 kids. They waited an additional 20 minutes to have their food orders taken. These are future adults who Im sure will never return to your establishment. My daughter is a server as well. She is well aware of the expectations of customers. She has been taught to tip servers 15-20%, depending on service recieved. She did not follow this percentage last night. In todays economy, it is surprising to me that IHop employs people who obviously dont want to be there or do the job they were hired to do. The kids will spend their money elsewhere.

Usually this place is a 5 for me because my boyfriend and I go during the day and the workers are amazing! However tonight is a different story. My family and I were bored at 11pm and decided to go shopping and go to IHOP. We got to IHOP after shopping and when we walked in most the tables were dirty, once we were seen waiting to be seated everyone did get to work and cleaned up. The guy who took our order was polite, but a little hard to understand, I made my decision to substitute my bacon for sausage so I told him that, my parents forgot though and the waiter never asked so they got stuck with bacon. We finished our water and werent asked till we were almost done eating if we wanted a refill. I would totally give this place 5+ stars for day time and 3 stars for 11pm and later. I do love this IHOP and will continue to go here.

We never made it inside to eat, due to Tim the manager at IHOP is completely rude, arrogant, and not a people person. I get its busy today being black friday, but I have never been talked down to and argued with in a restaurant business. I once was a manager in the food industry, and I never in my life would have talked to a customer the way he did. We never made it inside to be seated due to some other customers taking our place, which happens, but Tim said it was our fault and that he would not seat us. The rest of the staff seemed very helpful, and the other manager Ray was a blessing when we called to ask for the name of the manager we spoke with in store. My family and I will never be going back to IHOP again.

I was at the IHOP in holland today and would have to say the staff there is second to none. My server whos name was Joel was an angel in disquise, he treated my children like kings and made us all feel very welcomed. The food was perfect, the eggs benidict were prepared as if I were in a 5 star hotel. The only glitch in the whole visit was when a server hit the wrong key on the register and had to get a manger to fix it, and even that wasnt bad, the manager who I believe was named Bob came right up and with a few taps on the screen all was well again. I had never visited an IHOP in the past and was a bit cautious, however if they are ran even 1/2 as well as this one, I will never eat anywhere else again. David

Walked out before getting drinks. Had to wait to be seated Sunday morning at 8 am. Restaurant was pretty much empty. Once seated, I opened the coffee carafe that was still on the table. It had a bit of left over coffee in it and mucus like bacterial growth inside. We were so grossed out, we left. This Ihop was recently closed for renovations. Not sure who they contracted but they did a horrible job. The grout work for the tile on the hostess stand looks unfinished. There is also a decorative wall divider that has visible sticker bar codes on the lumber that was used. For a nation wide food chain, it has kinda gone down the toilet while jacking up the prices.
