This joint NEVER has what you want, and they have the most rudest, racist employees in this area. Honestly, I dont know how they remain open, because every one I speak with that has been there has the same complaints. The top brass that works for KFC really needs to make a surprise, undercover visit on any random day and at any time. Then they will experience what many white people in the Millbrook area has experienced. Its unacceptable and downright disgusting.

Incompetent people who never get your order correct,this has been happening for years!!wish someone would open a bojangles in millbrook!make certain if you use drive thru to check every aspect of your order,they hide thighs in bottom of bucket so thats all youll get,stupid people!!!

Used the drive-thru Sunday afternoon at lunch time. I ordered two family-size buckets. The order was ready within 1-minute of arriving at the window. The food was hot and the order was prepared correctly. Great job.

The chashier, Mary, says the receipt, had horrible customer service. She was too preoccupied to get our order right and we even gave her a chance to fix it, and she was too busy gossiping to even seem like the cared.
