This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. My mom and I came in tonight and we had the most horrible service. First, A young blond man at the register was very unapologetic about there not being enough crispy chicken for a 7 pc thigh and leg bucket and there wasnt enough original recipe and grilled to make an 8 pc. My mom asked to speak to a manager to see if we could get a discount because they didnt have the chicken that we, as paying customers, wanted. The manager, named Chad (at least his name tag said that), said that he couldnt give us a discount, and that he could have one kind of chicken done in 8 minutes and the other done in less than 10 minutes if we would like to wait. So we waited. Our order was taken at 6:18 and at 6:32 a girl behind the counter said that she accidentally gave away our chicken because she thought that we had been taken care of, and we should have been taken care of BY CHAD THE "SO-CALLED ASST. MANAGER". So we went up to the counter to talk to Chad, and he said that he cant BABYSIT his employees behind the register, practically blaming it on the two employees deployed behind the counter. This got me steamed because no one who has been promoted to a manager should ever say they cant "babysit" their employees nor should they try to shift the blame from themselves. He should have been making sure that our order was together considering we already complained and we were waiting for them to get our order together. The "manager" never apologized, we decided that we wanted our money back and will never come to this store again, and my mom received the phone number of "Amanda" the manager, whom she will be calling tomorrow. This was just a sad display of management and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

When done right and with the right people, this is pretty tasty (although it always seems to have a negative effect a few hours later. :) ) This location has some decent staff and others not so much. 1. They seem to run out of certain food too early before closing. 2. They forget certain things (cookies etc.) 3. They have messed up the sides more than once. How does Macaroni and Cheese sound like Mashed Potatoes and Gravy? 4. They have forgotten utensils. Excuse me..,.am I to eat these green beans with my hands?

Theres a few punk crack/meth heads working there. denturs and faces all sunk in, most theifs and drug dealers holding a legit job for parole or probation or to explain where the got there stuff. makes me want to jump over thecounter and bust some heads

Sat for 20 minutes behind a car in the drive through the other night to only pull up to the speaker for them tell me they were out of food... this being over 45 minutes before they closed.
