We went to the drive thru 20 minutes prior to closing. And no one answered to place our order. We went to the drive thru window, and the cashier was leaning on the register playing on her phone, looked at us, and continued to play on her phone and ignore us. We drove around the building one more time. And she walked off and another worker, a very nice lady, I believe was a cook helped us. In my opinion, she is a huge asset to their business and should be recognized for not having an " I dont care " attitude. She obviously has pride in her work and values her job, which is rare. I am in staffing and have been for years, if I had an office in the area, I would hire her in a second...

Ive been to this KFC multiple times and every single time it appears their service gets worse and worse. They are slow, rude, and always wrong on my orders. I dont get anything super complicated, just the box meals. They are either understaffed or just dont care enough to do their job correctly. Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this keeps happening time after time. I do NOT recommend going to this KFC, even if you have no other choice! Avoid this KFC at all costs!!

Could not be understood I had to holler at the lady taking my order, the speaker sounded like she was in a bucket. I asked for Cole Slaw and got mashed potatoes with gravy ( I hate gravy), they did not give me anything in my bag to eat with, I had to come back to the office and find a fork. Biscuit was cold and dry. Worst KFC I have every been too.
