I have ate here a lot. I am a family of 6 two adults and four kids, everytime I eat here they are always out of something. I ate there 6/3/2017 and after a 15 min wait in line i got up to tell my order to only wait another 5 mins so by this time it was 2130. When they finally answer they apologize for the wait and they sympathize and explain they were short staffed and it was graduation night. I can understand that but when I went to place my order they said they were out of crispy chicken. I told them that was the second time this week i had been there and that they needed to make it right. So without hesitation they made me pull up and the manager come to the window, he explained to me that it would be a 40 minute wait for extra chicken and that they were understaffed yet again. Their online says that they dont close till 2330 on Fridays it was 2130 and the manager made it seem as though they closed at 2200. So I told him I would do the wait and I came back it was 2210 I had given him my order previously and I still ended up not getting two of the items that I had wanted he said that they had ran out of chicken fingers that I had ordered two meals of. So I settled for popcorn chicken. I feel as though the manager did do me a solid but I still dont believe that I got any kind of a discount or anything really above and beyond what i would have done. I was a gm for two years in a pizza shop so i completely understand what it means to go above and beyond for your customer and to always make sure they are completely satisfied. As I said manager was very nice for the most part but I dont feel as though they went above and beyond.

Every time !!! I use the drive thru window, my order is NEVER CORRECT !! NEVER !! What is so difficult about getting one small order correct? This time I ordered 3 pc all white original. Do you know what they gave me this time around? One shabby looking breast, one thigh, and one drum stick!!!! At least they got the original right this time. So, IF YOU USE THE DRIVE THRU TAKE 15 SECONDS AND VISUALLY CHECK YOUR ORDER!! I will NEVER use the drive thru again without checking. And, forget about reaching them on the phone. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER !!!!!!

There are idiots working there. We asked for no wings, add legs to our order. We get home and the bucket was ALL WINGS. How stupid do you have to be to get the entire order the EXACT OPPOSITE of what was asked for?!?!?!? And for the money they charge, to have to drive all the way back down there is crazy. We also asked for regular breading, some was regular, some extra crispy. What is WRONG with you people?

This location actually deserves no stars. After waiting 20 mins for chicken breast I get home and take the box out of the bag and the chicken is so soggy and greasy it falls out the bottom right on the floor. Ill never visit this location again. Come to think of it Ive never had a pleasant experience at this location. Always out of something, they close earlier than whats stated, horrible customer service.

Customer comes in and starts flipping out on the manager, because he had to wait two minutes in the drive through, even going so far as to record the conversation and threaten to fight. Not only did the manager, Hubert, handle it calmly and professionally, but he gave all other waiting customers free drinks and cookies to make up for the embarrassing situation. Kudos!

Unbelievably the worst service ever! Walk in a half hour before close, 8:30. Tried to order a 16 piece family meal and the girl says they dont have enough chicken and tried to turn me away! Ask for the manager and had to wait forever for them to get it ready, after they treat you like a hassle! Worst KFC in Indiana! Not the first time for this kind of service either!

This KFC is terrible. It used to be such a nice clean store, but has really gone downhill. They have taken everything good off the menu to cut cost because they are losing money. The price is ridiculous for what you get and most of the time, its not even the correct order. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Worst time ever I got a eight piece dinner no plates no forks no napkins got to the job site and had to eat with tools and used my shirt to wipe off call the manager and she said you can come back and Ill give you those but it is a requested items really????????? The food was always undercooked or not fresh been sitting too long. After moving out of Johnson county i found better kfc here in kentucky with buffets. When I move back to Johnson county i will travel farther for a different kfc and eat there as opposed to this One! Yuck yuck yuck!

Store is reportedly open until 11pm. Arrived at 10pm and there were no lights on in the the drive thru. Went to the lobby and it was locked. After leaving the parking lot I call and asked what time they close and the boy said 11. I decided to go to get pizza instead.

We ordered chicken potpie and a chicken bowl. Potpie was good. Chicken bowl literally only had four pieces of chicken, way to much gravy. More like gravy soup. Disappointed to say the least.

Clean store, great friendly customer service. Chicken takes longer to mess with than burgers sometimes, so expect a longer wait, but if you like fresh fried chicken, its worth it.

Waiting 12 minutes is too long for fast food. The end product is good - classic KFC with all the flavor but... you gotta keep some chicken hot and ready to go out the door.
