Our experience started out on a rocky start. We ordered a featured sandwich that we did not know was also on the menu board listed differently. So when it was delivered to us we explained what we ordered and the girl got very upset and said she has worked here for how ever long and she knows what is on the menu. Then we explained the drink that she brought to us was also incorrect she got mad and left with our food. She yelled at the Manager to take care of us. The Manager was very nice and listened to what we had to say and explained to us the menu issue. Then he said I will take care of this for you and it was resolved. Our food came out and the correct drinks and all was good. He even said he would use this as a coaching moment with her. That told me he was a great manager. Thanks so much for your help.

Ran by Sonic and ordered a "hamburger" with only ketchup onions and pickles. Also a medium Cherry Lime Soda. It cost me $6.42 and the girl did not give me receipt and said you paid with your card ok have a good day. Well not knowing what I paid I assume the hamburger was around $4 and the drink $2. Seriously that is crazy. I get to work which is not 3 minutes from Sonic and there was cheese on the "hamburger" which was ice cold and the bun was completely dried out on the bottom. I cannot believe I paid that much for just a burger and medium drink and it was that awful. Years ago when sonic was in Leitchfield the burgers were wonderful. I am pretty sure this will be my last burger at Sonic.

Visited Sonic on Monday, September 19th, of 2016. Our food was absolutely disgusting!!! We could tell that onion rings had been reheated in hot oil. Our popcorn chicken was so hard it made our gums bleed. The food overall had a iron/metal taste, that lingered for hours. Tried giving the food to our dog & he wouldnt even eat it!!!!

I worked here and it was awful. At various points in 4 months of employment, not only did the employees bring their family and friends in the back at one point, a friend of an employee brought a live pig in the back. They treated me like absolute crap. Worst place to work.

Kids and I love the slushes and half price happy hour. We came to grab a snack while waiting for the car to be serviced. The manager was great and gave the girls a free ice cream. :)

Like it. Good choice of food. Convenient and fast service. Lemonade is awful. Thats the only thing I dnt like about Sonic oh yeah a little pricey too.
