I am new here in Muskegon. I called and placed an order for delivery with China Express after reviewing their web site. The order taker assured me they take the credit card I have after I double checked the info on the site. I gave my phone number (twice). I was told the wait time would be about 30 minutes. TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK, TIC...... an hour later no food had shown up.... I call the restaurant and they ask for the card number AGAIN ..... then they say they do not accept American Express....WELL, HELLO!!!! HOW ABOUT A PHONE CALL BACK TO TELL ME?????? Thanks a lot, you moron! Your food is probably worse than your customer service so not getting it was probably a blessing!

Food was good, lemon chicken and fried rice was what I got. I have heard reviews of this place not being so good, dont know why because I thought it was amazing! I got a large fried rice, large lemon chicken and shrimp egg rolls. I was afraid I would not get my correct order but was in the mood for Chinese and because I do not drive I had to give them a shot, I am glad I did. The food came in a quick manner they told me it would be in 45 min and I got it in 30 min, my order was not wrong and I enjoyed the food very much In my opinion it was great food for a good price.

Orders last week, it took over 2 hours to recieve our food. Thought it was just a busy night. The food was good so we thought wed give it another try. This time, I ordered at 6, when I called at 7:30 they said it was out for delivery. At 8:30 when I called the girl told me she didnt know what was taking so long she wasnt the delivery Driver. Our food, which we had already paid for online, never showed up, not EVER! Needless to say, Ill be calling the manager/owner in the morning.

This is the place we usually go for Chinese food since its right down the road from our house. The food is usually pretty good. Ive been trying to call and order now for about 20 minutes now and they wont answer the phone. Ive called like every 2 minutes. Apparently they dont want us to be customers tonight. Will be going somewhere else...At least answer and put me on hold to aknowledge me as a customer...

I called for take out, but when I went to pick up my food, they said they didnt get my call and had no idea what I ordered. And the lady behind the counter stood talking to a customer (not talking about her order or the restaurant) for 5 minutes before I was even helped. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food because of their screw up. The food was good, but their service was pretty terrible.

This place sucks I have ordered twice from them. Both times taking well over an hour to get the food and also getting the wrong food , also when someone in the service industry keeps calling you dude not a big plus in my book. If you like to wait forever for your food get poor customer service, and possibly get the wrong food get china express!

Ordered my food at 8:15 my card was charged at 8:38 didnt get my food until almost 10:00 at 9:35 I went to the restaurant they were all closed up lights off and everything so were was my food for all that time when it got here it was cold I didnt even eat it I just threw it a way and got fast food do not order from here go anywhere else

GREAT LARGE MENU - GREAT VALUE Exceptional dinners. Take out orders ready in 10 - 15 minutes. Have been ordering from them for years. Tradional Chineese cooking. Great fried rice! NO PEAS AND CARROTS! Weve tried several items on the menu and no complaints. Special orders - no problem! Great taste and value. Highly recommend them.

Menu sounded good order time was okay. Once I got the food it looked okay you could tell it was American style. The food tasted meh. Shrimp undercooked. Made my girlfriend and I sick. Dont eat here
