The food is not terrible, is is however FAR FROM GOOD. Its not that far from TACO BELL. The chips are OK though. The funny thing is that Ive been treated like a criminal in this estabilishment. I went to the restroom at the time I was leaving, before paying my check, and the manager FOLLOWED ME TO THE RESTROOM and kept the door opened for me, looking at me as if I was pulling a huge scam on them (jesus, really ? it was a 10$ TAB !) I returned there after the incident one more time thinking I HAD to be wrong, I must have been imagining things, however, he (the manager) kept walking around my table looking and acting weirdly, gossiping with the other employes and servers, pointing in my direction and coming at me and asking ironically "is everything fine!?" I have no issues with mexicans, however you are not in MEXICO, so keep your scam radar at bay and treat your american customers as PEOPLE and not as the scum you usually find at the dirt hole you came from. This place represents the lowest form of customer service that Ive experienced in Pensacola so far.

As a Colorado native, I have been to oodles of Mexican restaurants. This one far outshines them all. We werent sure as new Florida residents if we could find a great Mexican place in Pensacola. This one is our pick for family Mexican dining. The food was fantastic, the fajitas were so flavorful, the beans and rice were just like I like them, addicting chips and salsa, the chile rellenos were the best my husband ever had and said he would get again. Everyone at the table raved about their food. We had the most attentive waiter. He met our every need and more. The best thing was the prices! They dont serve alcohol which suits us just fine. The decor is fun and the restaurant itself was very clean, not grimy and dirty like some tend to be. We love La Hacienda!

This is the worst dinner I have ever had at a Mexican restaurant. I had the chimichanga with suppose to be real beef. It tasted like it had been recooked numerous times and was the consistency of gum. You just couldnt chew it. My friend had the taco salad with beef and the meet was way over cooked and bland. The chips were obviously fried in old oil because you could just taste the burnt taste. Gross beyond words. Dont waste your time here folks. Complained to the manager and he didnt give a fk. Way over priced and non alcoholic Mexican restaurant. Really?

La Hacienda is one of the best mexican resteraunts I have ever eaten! The staff is very friendly, the food is great, the atmosphere is very nice.We most often frequent the ones in Pace and Milton (all owned by the same family), but eat at this one anytime we are in Pensacola. It is all my family and friends favorite place to eat. Obviously the one person (subject: Really??) who left a negative comment must work for Casa Ole because we have been eating at La Hacienda for at least 10 years and have never had bad food and think the atmosphere is very nice.

Worst Mexican food ever no clue where all these people have gotten Mexican food before. Im from the west coast and often went to a la Ha this is the only play where they put white cheese on everything and flour tostatas its just wrong. I got the carneasada if wasnt even strip stake it was rib eye not even seasoned right just blows my mind you poor souls down here think this is authentic Mexican food. One good thing about this place is the wait staff are crazy fast and nice.

Poor poor poor service. We ordered cheese dip which didnt come out until after our food did. Also, the restaurant has absolutely no alcohol? And our server basically ignored us the whole time. He brought us our checks and after waiting and him never coming back. We all just left cash and left. Ive served for 5 years and Its one thing to be busy or for mistakes to happen, but this was just poor deliberate service. Eat elsewhere while in Pensacola

Expected very little, walking over from our adjacent hotel. Food was incredibly good! Our exposure to great Mexican restaurants around the country has not been limited -- but the somewhat hastily located La Hacienda surprised us both. Fresh and meticulously prepared dishes. We had tacos and chimichangas. Good natured wait staff. Food came out quick. They dont serve alcohol, but that wasnt what we came for.

A fantastic restaurant, very flavorful food. It is always served extremely quickly, and with good service. Ive probably been here 20+ times, and never had bad service or a long wait for food. The place is very clean, and family friendly (no alcohol, thank goodness). You also get a ton of food for the money. One of the best places to eat in Pensacola.

This is a solid Mexican restaurant! We came to celebrate a graduation -- four of us each ordered something different. Every dish was very good. This place offers excellent value. I love the fountain in the middle of the restaurant -- beautiful background sounds, no distracting music. Great staff!

Seems everytime food quality is different. First time I had taco, tamale, stuff chili. 2nd time it had NO flavor. Got taco, two tamales, and chicken burrito. Only good thing was chips and salsa. Compared to Casa Ole it was worse than Taco Bell. Pull out the seasoning and do some work with it!

If youre wanting a colorful place to take children and you have enough toilets to accommodate after the meal - go for it. The service is passable, the fountain is interesting, and the food...well, it tastes a little better than Taco Bell and theres a lot of it.

The food was edible but not great by any means. The mexican rice was extremely dry and the salsa was bland. The decor looked cheap and service was medicore. They do not serve margaritas or any alcoholic beverages. Very disappointing. Go to Casa Ole instead!!!!

My favorite Mexican spot, tied for 1st place with El Asador which is directly across the street from here. Hands down the best service of any restaurant in the area. Also, they have horchata! Gotta love that lighted fountain in the middle of the dining room.

Im from Texas and am accustomed to much better Tex-Mex. Salsa was good, not great. Tacos were good but the enchiladas and beans were substandard. The staff and atmosphere was great. Service was exceptionally quick - we ate on a Friday night.

We live very close to La Ha and weve never had a bad experience. Their food is decent, cheap and fast. Their horchata is some of the best Ive ever had, and I always have them refill me with some to-go. Love their Taco Tuesdays!

Ive loved going to this place for years. Especially when I was pregnant. The nachos are delicious and they do half orders if youre not too hungry! Theyre always super friendly & sweet! I love going here.
