we eat their back in december my wife and i waited 48 minutes for the food to be served our burger were at room temperature we told the waitress, she said it would be another 30 to 40 minutes do to staff shortage. we ate and left. that night we got sick we throw up and my wife indeed in the hospital the next morning Drs. confirm it was from food poison they kept her their for 6 days she indeed up with a virus do to the food been left out and more than like it got a bacteria their employees did not where gloves thank GOD she is fine know i reach out to management an explain. and i asked for the owner TO call me. he never did 3 month later he refuses to talk to us.but i did get a call from his attorney all i wanted was an apology. after $38,000.00 hospital bill...... so folks BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU EAT THEIR I KNOW WE WONT, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT COSTUMERS AND THAT IS SAD ,VERY SAD.

Was going to go to 5 guys and wish I had. Service and ice tea were ok. Hamburger tasted ok bun was cold. I ordered a small frie and onion ring combo. Waitress comes over and says we gave you a medium instead of small but you wont be charged for the difference. I thought that was nice until i picked up a frie and it was stone cold as was the onion rings. Having been a waiter years ago I believe a wait person should know if the food is cold or not and certainly someone in kitchen knew before it was sent out. Trick me once next time I go to 5 guys. I have eaten at 5 guys in 6 different states and even multiple locations within those states and I have never once been served cold food. Waitress did remove fries from my bill but she still lost her tip and they lost a customer forever. Sorry kitchen help does it to you every time.

I went to Cheeburger on 6/2/2017. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed. The staff was very very friendly and even gave recommendations. I had the milkshake of the day and the burger in this photo. The staff is very eager to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with their services. I asked for the burger to look exactly like this with 2 olives. The waitress relayed it to the cook, and the cook took the menu to make it look exactly like the photo and the cook delivered it to my table himself. It looked exactly like the photo shown below. It was so delicious I gave a very generous tip. The service was phenomenal. They also have a gluten free menu to accommodate as well. I will be going back. My burger is to the right with fries.

Great options (size, bread, sauces) whether ordering Angus beef (try the Big Greek for something different) or veggie burgers. LOTS of milkshake choices (the current online menus do not come close to reflecting this). Very professional staff (thanks Leigh!). No problem calling in orders if coming in while on the road (and a great way to save on wait time). To-go orders are packaged well. Family friendly 50s atmosphere; clean and well kept restrooms. Accessible location right off of US-231 and Napier Field Rd, near cinemas and other restaurant/shopping options. Makes me wish I was a local - highly recommended to check out.

This place has DRASTICALLY declined in both service and quality. The last couple of times I went it was bad but the last one took the cake - off duty employees and their SICK child in and out of the cooking area. The child stuck his hand in the ice and no one said a word. It took forever both times to get our food (longer than usual) with there only being one other table there this last time. Then to top it off, BOTH of our burgers were BURNT and we specifically said NOT WELL DONE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I love this homemade hamburger 50s style diner. They have come up with so many ideas for hamburgers and shakes. This is definitely worth the time to stop. It is family friendly and the prices are good. Their fries are to die for. If you have a peanut allergy this IS NOT the place for you . They do use peanut oil for frying. I cannot rave enough and I just wish they were closer to Andalusia.

Easily one of the finest cheeseburger joints Ive ever had the pleasure of dining at. This is not fast food, they cook everything to order, and its worth the wait. The burgers are amazing, fries are crisp, and the milkshakes will straight hurt your feelings. Never had a bad experience here and look forward to the next time I come.

I havent been here in several years. I didnt remember really like the place after it opened, but I decided to try it today with my family. The food and service was excellent. I made the mistake of ordering the 1/2 lb burger. Be advised its cooked weight, but it was delicious.

I used to love this place, but lately they have not been doing so well. Food takes far too long to arrive and once you get it, it is consistantly not prepared well. Fried are burnt, burgers are messy looking. I hope they can fix whatever is causing these issues.

Not bad. Wait was about normal 20-30 minute wait for the food. Hadnt been to this location in several months much cleaner than last visit. Wish burger came wrapped in wax paper to cut down on messiness of eating burger. Overall a good experience.
