Rather bizarre experience overall. I should have known something was wrong when I pulled up to the drive thru and their screen was blinking a generic message. I know it was generic, because it said "this is a generic pre-order message." the order went fairly smoothly, except for about 90 seconds of dead silence between ordering and receiving a total. My coffee was handed through the window with the top literally falling off, and when I reached in the bag to pull my toast sandwich out the wrapper was open and half the sandwich fell apart in the bag. The capstone, however, were the watery grits, which were actually lukewarm. I dont mean a little hot, I mean about room temperature. I ate them, because I was hungry, but Im feeling a little queasy now. I seriously doubt I will ever be back.

Service was awful! Served me cold coffee. Didnt bring fresh coffe until I was done with my meal. I sent it back and asked for them to just refund the coffe cost to me and they refused. When I complained to management the red head mouthy hit talked over me and argued with me. Ive never experienced service this bad and disrespectful before! I am writing Krystal corporate as well about my horrific experience at this location. These people need additional training and the red head girl needs to find a line of work that doesnt put her in contact with the public!

Mixed feelings here. Food is always fresh and they never mess up my orders. However, the dining area is usually a mess. The last time I went in there were multiple employees and I dont understand how none of them had a couple of minutes to at least clean up some tables or do a quick sweep. The trash bin by the door was overloaded and there were flies around it. From what I could see at the counter, the actual prep areas were clear and cleaned up. Stick to the drive-through!

If you dont want to be completely disgusted, go through the drive thru, that way you cant see how nasty the inside is!! The last two times my kids have talked me into going in there have been horrible experiences! Trash overflowing, trash in floor, and all tables looked like they hadnt been cleaned in days, and there werent any other customers inside. To make it worse, most of the employees are rude and have no customer service skills.

All the tables were nasty. Had to clean our own table. Manager watched us clean our table and another couple clean theirs. Manager couldnt remember whos order was whos. Food took way to long to get to us and there wasnt but 3 couples including us in the whole store. Manager changed trash out, took customer money, AND prepared orders WITHOUT washing hands. Will NEVER step foot in this location again.

Head to wait 21 minutes on 2 combos with cheese more orders going out the window then there was in lobby 4 other families waited a long time for food one guy even took his order back to counter because it wasnt right there was a blonde working the drive thru kept going back in the food area slinging her hair service was very poor

Staff didnt clean the facility nor wash or wear plastic gloves in between messing with trash and food. Female staff member in a black shirt was dealing with cash, trash and serving food without properly washing her hands with soap and water. Disgusting!

Had breakfast this morning. Even short staffed with only 2 people working, both had a very positive attitude. Food was hot and fresh, and the wait was very low under the circumstances. The manager and the lady working this morning were top notch!!
