The employees constantly complain its a hostile work place. The GM is rude and incompetent. The food is sloppily prepared. But it is the only Krystal in the area so I go there once a week. Other than the above they have a few star employees and I try to go only when they are working. Kudos to Kim, Kassie, Amber, and Ryan in the kitchen, they only decent staff there.

Every Friday a group of us go to this Krystals and get food after work. Casey the manager at this Krystals is amazing. He is always friendly, fast, and in a good mood. Mostly people write reviews when they get bad service. I wanted to make sure that his good job was noted.

Refused my money! $41.38, paid well tried to pay with $100.38 and they said they couldnt take it...so refuse me on a Friday NIGHT, you have no change from all day of service!?! Youll never see me again!

Ate here recently to try the new boneless wings, and they were excellent, fresh, and on time. Over the years, Ive never had a bad experience at the Carrollton Krystal, and definitely recommend.

The food took forever to come out they were more worried about the drive thorough they forgot about us. The staff did not seem to care at all. They were cutting up and joking around.
