This place is a Birmingham gem! There are options for every dietary need and even a specialty grocery area in the store. Things are a little pricey, but its worth the convenience. Especially considering there is not many places that carry the goods environment etc like it in Birmingham.

Amazing staff. Everyone is friendly. Incredible selection of organic goods. The coffee is fantastic. You should definitely check out the Full Lumberjack Beard Oil brand. If you have a beard, you need that product.

excellent food for vegetarians... the mac-n-cheese with steamed broccoli & black-eyed peas is my new favorite there. i try to eat there every wednesday!
