I ordered my drink online for pickup at the store. The online app estimated that my wait time would be between 0 and 4 minutes. I waited for my drink and the store was busy so I understood that it took 15 more minutes then what they estimated. But when the Barista called my name for my drink she had made it iced instead of hot I asked if this drink is for the online order it was supposed to be hot she says oh did I make it iced. And then a few more minutes went by she made other hot drinks for other guests so I decided to ask because I was running late to where I needed to be is she going to remake my drink or should I just take the iced one? She told me she was having trouble with her espresso machine. And about 25 minutes later I got my drink without any type of apology

Friendly and upbeat atmosphere with a crew to match. Perfect for a quick break on the way to work or an extended sit and sip on the patio with friends. Music has never been too loud. They have a nice reusable cup selection. Cushioned seating inside and out gives you options and who doesnt like seating options? Even when its busy you can find a seat to chill in. They have umbrella covered tables outside which helps if you want to work on your laptop outside. Parking can get crazy when the drive-thru is busy but theres so much surrounding parking. You can park at the bank next door for a while or the liquor store just behind it. Parking in the liquor store parking lot would make for a swift exit. Everything is so clean. Even saw an employee cleaning the ceiling

Poor training and the manager wont take calls... Cashiers consistently stuff the lemon frosted pound cake frosting side down into the bag, resulting in a very bald pound cake. This has been happening for years now; they never seem to get it right. Parking and traffic flow makes this an overall bad experience.

Great indoor and outdoor setting. Lots of places to have a seat for a while to get some work done and the people that work there are tremendous! You can tell they enjoy working there and it just makes it so much better to be there when you know that.

The line is way too long because the layout of the drive thru is horrible. The service is great but bcuz of the drive thru layout I have give it less stars. You cant get in or out when its busy. Its an accident waiting to happen.

Cashier lacked any form of effort when I asked if they had anymore biscotti. Told her they may have some in cabinets under retail items and she says " go ahead and look". Then seemed surprised when I told her to cancel my order.

The staff is helpful and courteous and their drive-through ordering system has a ridiculously good sounding speaker/mic which makes ordering a breeze. My experience with fulfilment of Online/App orders has been on the slower side.

This is mid-size Starbucks with a good amount of seating + some outdoor seating. Staff are friendly, bathrooms are unisex (which is nice for us ladies who are used to waiting).

The only downside is theres no comfy seating. Its all tables and chairs. Its great if you want to bring your computer and work, but not if youre trying to lounge.
