Cashier was very rude, not only when I called in, but throughout the entire ordering process. With plenty of Asian fare options that are available around town you would figure to want your customers to feel welcome. Received a call about my order because they were confused about my address. Tried to call back to confirm and heard her arguing with someone stating that she doesnt want to talk to me, when all I wanted was to check in to ensure a delivery can be made. She ended up putting me on mute and disconnected?! Called back and it took almost a minute for them to pick up! Ended up cancelling the order because it was such a hassle. Stated that it was the old owners that made deliveries to my area, but nothing noted on the webpage or when I called in that the policy has changed. How about verifying before taking my credit card number?Ive ordered twice from them both times something happened where the order was either messed up or late. I am very easy going and easy to please. Figured I would give them another try. If that was the old owners I find no difference in the customer experience that the "new owners" offer. First thing you should do in a service industry is treat your customers like you want their business not make them feel uncomfortable. You state that you are better than whats offered down the street?! Well , Lemongrass down the street provides better service and better offerings. You guys just lost a customer and trust me I will spread the word around. Good luck with your new business.

My husband went in for takeout. It was our first time going to this particular Thai restaurant so we got a bunch of our favorites to try. First of all, it took forever for him to get our food. Were the kind of people who dont mind waiting if the food is worth it, so I was still withholding judgement at this point. We got the green curry, the red curry, the ladna, and the spicy basil. It was edible (which is apparently not a given here in middle TN), but I was underwhelmed. Everything was, to my palate, oversalted. The curries had none of the coconut creaminess I expect from Thai curries and was instead all spiciness and salt. The ladna was the best dish of the four. The beef had a good flavor, but again it was salty and the noodles lacked that nice smokiness that good ladna has. The spicy basil tasted more like mushroom than basil and I didnt waste time eating more than one bite. Overall I was extremely disappointed and well not be bringing our business here again.

I have eaten here several times, and have enjoyed it thoroughly each time. The food is very-well prepared, very tasty, and spot on for your dollar. I love far eastern foods, and Pad Thai is, IMHO, exceptional. With most asian restaurants you pretty much know what to expect: Odd-bits of overcooked mystery meat and rice loaded with nasty smoke seasoning. Or watery flavorless curries and egg-rolls that taste like steamed sour water. Ive tried a good deal of Pad-Thais dishes, and they were all wonderful! My only bit of caution is in how spicy you request your food. My first curry from them was the Green with a hot rating of 4 (1-5, 5 is HOT!!!). It definitely cleared my sinuses, but the real trouble came in my restroom the next day... I Shat a Flaming Coal!!!

This is my favorite Thai place ever! My father came from out of town and travels around the world and LOVED the food!!! and said it tasted just like the food he had in Thailand. The only downside is that, they are so good, theyre are busy all the time and the food is so fresh there is a long wait to get the food, but it is totally worth the wait!!!. We normally order drunken noodle, pad Thai, pad see we and the crab Rangoon(which are to die for!) oh and the sesame chicken is so good, not like you would get from a Chinese place, the sauce is fresh and is a million times better than any other sesame chicken. Dont expect it to be like generic Asian food, this is the real deal!

The Tennessee town I live in (Tullahoma) doesnt have any decent Asian restaurants. I saw several reviews for the Pad Thai Cafe and decided to drive 40 miles to give it a try based on other good reviews. It was well worth the drive. This is a small unassuming restaurant in a small strip mall. Service is excellent and the staff friendly. Food is cooked to order and is delicious and ample. I ordered a Pad Thai with shrimp. Ive never been served a better Pad Thai, and with such large and numerous shrimp. I almost had enough shrimp for each forkful. Give this restaurant your attention-its worth it. The restaurant is small, so make reservations on typical busy evenings

I have always been a fan of Thai/Oriental food and this place is my new favorite. Have had Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles (my favorite), Thai Dynamite and the Spicy Basil (be careful of "heat" if you order #3 or higher spicy) They have my favorite spring rolls in town and another funny favorite is the SnapChat sushi Roll, which the waitress actually taught me how to use SnapChat App so of course, the first thing I did was SnapChat the SnapChat roll. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from a 50 year old Thai food lover. Take out is easy and the location is convenient to I-24 as well if you are travelling thru Murfreesboro.

Pad Thai has become my favorite Asian restaurant in Murfreesboro. This isnt like all of the other places youve been to. The food is very fresh and made to order. Be sure to go easy on the degree of hot you want....Anything much above a 2 will strip paint off of a car. But some people like that. Even the appetizers all seem to be hand made. Nothing Ive ordered seemed prefabricated in a factory somewhere like at most Asian places. If you enjoy it, be sure to grab a frequent visitor card which will land you discounts every few visits. Do yourself a favor and stop by and grab a bite to eat.

I absolutely love the way they season their food. My whole office eats here and no one has any complaints. They even gave us extras because we always order here. During lunch order ahead, if youre thinking about walking in and ordering during this time be prepared to wait. And if youre lucky you may even be able to wait on the inside. The spring/egg rolls are tiny ! I mean two bites and its gone. Thats a con for me since I absolutely am addicted to spring/egg rolls anyway. My favorite chicken seasoning here is Ginger Salt. Trust me, I know how it sounds, but you can thank me later :)

My sushi experience was actually a sad case. When I opened the plate I was so disappointed. The pieces were laying down (& not like they had possibly just fallen over), salmon that was suppose to be on top was not, it was 8 pieces of sushi squished together with sweet sauce smeared all over the plate and a cup of soy sauce upside down. So serious. The employee who took my order was decent but didnt want to give detailed menu info over the phone. Updating your online menu would definitely be a major help to the customers. Go to FIN FUSION for sushi!
