Always have had good service here but i will no longer buy mugs or cups from this local...i dont have a reciept because i paid by CC and they put my order in the purchased cup.when i got to work i drank the coffe and when i went to wash the tumbler out i severly cut my finger that required stitches. Upon inspecting the tumble carefully to find out how i cut myself, it had no visable breakage on the exterior on the tumbler, the entire inside glass portion of the tumbler was in tacked, but under the rim that the top rests on the interior glass portion was not connected to the tumbler...i called them just to swap they refused but they filled a broken tumbler and i have stitches in my finger and a worthless 20 tumbler ..they should take better care inspecting glass tumblers...i could have swallowed a glass shard as the cup made no noise like something was wrong with it when it had liquid in it....will never go back

This location in Smyrna is AMAZING! The staff is fast, so friendly, and always there to help. They offer suggestions if you want to try something new, and they always make the drinks PERFECT. Obviously, a VERY busy location, (yet stays clean!), so if youre angry about a minute wait or them working fast and no time to chat at times, that is your personal issue, and you obviously have never worked in a fast paced restaurant/coffee house. This Starbucks has so many regulars, and if I could give 10 stars, I would! Miranda and Sophie and Levi are a few of many favorites on the staff! And the manager Anne is wonderful, and actually works like crazy there too! A wonderful staff!!

Its a great Starbucks, but its usually packed to the gills. The parking lot is small, and when its full theres nowhere to turn around. You have to back up all the way back into the road and that can be pretty awful if there are cars behind you with drivers who also dont know the parking lot is full. Its also a pain to get in and out of and the drive through wraps around into the road a lot. Over all the service and coffee are great and consistent of other Starbucks shops, but the location can ruin the experience (or make you very late for work).

They always make my drinks perfectly. All the baristas there are great! Unfortunately this store seems to be stocked incorrectly on occasion. Its my understanding that corporate pretty much does the stock requests for them. Several times Ive come by and they are out of venti cup or venti straws. A quick call to Starbucks to let them know helps, according to the baristas, and Ive received a small credit to my SB account when placing the complaint, too. The food choices are great and the bakery never disappoints!

I must admit that I am addicted to Starbucks........ with that said I love going to this location above all others because the staff all seem genuinely nice and conversational. I almost know most of them by name now! I can also say that the manager Shelby is a very nice, down to earth individual. I really enjoy this location - check em out! ~Venti iced mocha lite ice no whip ;)

The store location is challenging because there are so many businesses and its right off of 24 Highway however Ive found in my year and a half coming for coffee and some down time, the staff is very friendly very accommodating in spite of the very hard and busy morning rush. Special shout out to Mandy who is just awesome!

Cashiers were too social with each other and not paying attention to orders, customers, or their job. My caramel macchiato with four shots came out badly, watery and not stirred. Waste of $9. The two customers in front of me had to return theirs, I guess I should have known to check.

This Starbucks is always too busy. We ordered our drinks here via the app and when I went inside to grab our drinks I had to wait then finally ask for my order after 5 minutes. It was a waste of time. Our drinks were half full and I felt like we got ripped off. We will not be going back.

Slowest Starbucks ever. Used to be fast, friendly, and amazing. Sometime in 2015 that all changes. It is now extremely slow and a pain to order food from. Ive waited for 10-15 minutes inside for items they didnt have. Youre drink order will be right but youll sit in line forever.

Im very allergic to wheat. I have to carry an EpiPen everywhere I go. I stopped go to Starbucks because they act like they dont know what drinks are wheat free. They always tell you to go to their website but its not on there. I wish I could give zero stars

Good, fast service. The drive thru is usually packed but this location handles it well. Despite the line being out to the road, I have never waited more than 10 minutes. Love the seasonal drinks and the breakfast sandwiches are delightful.

Always nice at drive through, sometimes funny. Always get my drink right and I make it kinda complicated, lol. Love the people ! Drive through moves pretty fast, and inside store is clean and they work really hard to get it right..

The staff is always super and friendly and the coffees always great they are especially great at doing tea any kind. Their macha making maniacs. Wish there was more stock on parts for cups, mug tops, straws for sale Etc.

This starbucks being right off the interstate is always very busy with a line inside and out. The wait is longer than i prefer about 2 out of every 5 times i go. However Ive always gotten friendly associates and baristas

Prices on the board are not what you are charged. Carmel Macchiato Grande, board says $4.65, charged $4.95. I asked and was told corporate changed the prices on the computer?? Come on Starbucks!

Always a LONG wait. Im not a big fan of Starbucks, I lived in Seattle for over 5 years and the coffee is not that great... always over roasted/burnt. Wish there was a Tulleys instead.
