I am really disappointed with this business. I arrived at the drive through at 8:42 to place an order, and waited for a few minutes behind other cars, which was expected. I placed my order (breakfast sandwich and macchiato) at 8:48. I pulled to the window and was asked what my order was after I had already paid over $10 (and left a $1.50 tip!). I got my coffee at 8:57 and then the employee walked away from the window. At 9:03 she returned and acted surprised I was still there. She asked what I needed and I told her I was waiting on my sandwich. She said they had forgotten because they were busy. I said I couldnt stay because I was already late, and she gave me a free small coffee card. A free small coffee is not at all the same price of a breakfast sandwich (and tip!) I am now hungry and irritated.

I love their coffee, when done correctly, that is why I am only giving them 3 stars. That is the one thing they are lacking, consistency. My order is fairly simple, a cafe latte, however it seems like everytime I order one taste different. Sometimes its awesome, sometimes its lacking, and other times its undrinkable. I dont know if this is lack of training or if its lack of standards, both however you think would be essential with any franchised establishment. Even with this, I am sure I will still continue to give them my business just because I love the idea of the local chain, and they are just convenient, could be a bit faster, but great location.

Im addicted to the caramel mocha blended espresso with whip. It doesnt help that I work directly above Lasaters and my office smells like fresh brewed coffee and pastries all day. Each time Ive popped down to get one, Ive been greeted when walking in by the employees and not made to wait very long for my drink. There has been an occasion or 2 where theyve made just a caramel blended espresso but when brought to their attention, theyve quickly corrected it with a smile. They also give military discounts. Was fairly new in the area when we went. I ordered ice coffee, was okay, and a bagel. It arrived with a couple packs of butter. I asked politely for cream cheese. She left the butter on the table, another lady (assuming the manager) came over with cream cheese and said it was extra. They actually re-ran my debit card for 1 cream cheese! But they both left the butter on the table. Weird response, even weirder business philosophy.

The regular coffee was good. However the food (including a pre-made uncooked scone) was incredibly slow, it took a very long time just to get our orders taken. The staff didnt seem to be able to balance both drive through and walk in customers and were very overwhelmed. To their credit there were only two of them during heavy traffic hours. Orders were also forgotten and we had to re-place them after waiting too long to begin with..

The toffee latte was delicious but the wait was crazy. Not because of the amount of people but because they didnt seem to have a system in which order they made the drinks or food. Someone who ordered 5 people after me should not get their drink before mine. Also the iced coffee tasted burnt.

I go out of my way to find a none-Starbucks establishment hence I found Lasaters while in the MT Juliet area. My favorite is the house blend with raw sugar, it just makes my day. I have just about tried everything here from the lattes to an iced coffee, I have not been disappointed yet.

The Turkey Swiss was tasty but it looked like they left half the meat out compared to the Clarksville location. Staff was nice. I asked for a pourover and 4 out of 4 staff never heard of that. The coffee I got was decently brewed.

I live out of state and always go to Laseters anytime I pass through Mt. Juliet. Ive had 5-star service and 5-star coffee. Their iced coffee has the smoothest flavor and Id consistent every time I order it.
