Just horrible...theres no other way to explain it. We were placing our order and on the walk I noticed some "lean" manufacturing, six sigma type posters. I actually made the statement "you would think they would have nailed this by now". Placing our order was an experience, seems like all the workers except one was standing at the register, laughing and yelling or over at the drink dispenser. I say all but one, because one of the employees....yeah they were laying across some seats in the dining area, ASLEEP! Yup. Apparently while on break, its acceptable to go out to where customers are dining and just lay out across the seating and take a nice 30 min nap. Honestly, never seen anything like this... Hopefully will never do this again...

Probably the worst restaurant experience ever! My first time there they were slow and had no customer service. My second and last time there they made us pull up and wait at the drive through. We waited several minutes before parking in a space and waiting several more minutes. My wife finally got out to go in. When the girl inside saw her coming, she ran to her with our order. Upon inspection of the order, it was wrong. I took the food back inside to tell them that. The one in charge snatched the bag from me and fussed the order at the cook as she walked off. She still put the order in wrong! After several more minutes of waiting, I got my complete order and left. I wont be going back.

Got order wrong. When I explained I wanted chicken nuggets and fries not chinkenfries she got mad and had a mouth on her saying thats Not what you said! Chocolate shake was like milk with choc. Syrup. No topping it was nasty but I was not going to give it back after the attitude she had! Note there is a sign saying training store. Well I hope they train them to Not have such bad attitude with their customers!!!

The food is good and its a new store and the service during normal business hours is good. But the lazy a** workers on the LATE shift will lie & say they are out of meat so they wont have take your orders late at night. This has happened to me TWICE since the store has opened. I hope the owner reads this & fires the whole late nite shift.

Went to restrant.ordered food to go from inside restrant. Waited over 10 minutes and still did not get food. watched as restrant workers fixed and sent all food out drive through window not worried about people in restrant. Went back to counter and ask for refund. Will never go back there again and will also let others know.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. Everyone is always so nice and caring. There is one guy who works in the afternoon normally between 12 and 3 and he is so kind always has a smile on his face. Food has been great kudos BK youre moving on up!

Probably the worst BK Ive ever eaten at. Fries were cold and stale. Asked for replacements from a fresh batch. Not much better. Also no straws at soda dispenser. At least the workers were friendly.
