Ordered $25 of food, one sandwich with no mayo and still had mayo on it!! Wanted honey/mustard instead and they said 10 cents a pack!! Children wanted barbeque sauce for Chicken and they would be 10 cents a pack!! Really after I spend $25 for food and I cant get a few packets of sauce?? They did give us a few packs of ketchup for our fries!! Then I called about my sandwich that still had mayonnaise on it!! I could come back down there and get another sandwich to replace it!! I told them I didnt have time tonight! So I gave them my name to go back at a later date with my receipt!! It was late after softball practice and just wanted a quick bite so my Grandchildren wouldnt be late getting to bed on a school night!! I can totally do without all the drama!!!

We tried their breakfast through the drive-thru and were rushed to make a decision and it wasnt even thirty seconds after we asked to give us a second to decide (no cars were behind us or in front of us). We ordered the croissants and tater tots and the croissants were COLD ( did I mention that they opened at 7 and we were there at 7:05). We asked for the manager, she was unapologetic about the whole ordeal so we asked for our money back instead. She slid our money on the counter and told us to throw the food in the trash (THIS IS MANAGEMENT?). We havent been to Burger King in such a long time since this morning and now we see why.

The food is always old, you wait forever to even get it, the staff are not very nice, and they are always distracted by personal conversations instead of paying attention to the customers. I can tell other people have experienfed similar issues with this place as I have. I will not be there ever again. Recomend others save their money and get fresh, hot food quickly elsewhere since you wont find any of that here.

This is not really a good Burger King to visit in my experience. There is a high enough probability that your order will not be as requested or a general problem with the quality of food. Order here with caution and do not leave the parking lot or drive-through until you have confirmed your order is as requested.

Drive thru leaves much to be desired. Check your order thoroughly before pulling away. Odds are pretty good that it is not correct. The last time this happened to me I tried to call them when I got home and discovered the mistake. Never got an answer after multiple attempts.

This place is a joke. Ordered numbered menu items, was given wrong food. Asked to have it corrected and was told they gave me wrong items because it was a better value. The employees sense of entitlement is humerous. Last time Ill be going to this place.

their job is as easy as putting eggs and chz in a burrito yet that cant get that right. They messed my order up once and served me nasty old food. When I went back to have it replaced the manager rolled her eyes at me and the replacement was still wrong.

There is absolutely nothing good about the experience I had at Burger King. The salad had nothing but lettuce and tomato and chicken on it and I didnt order it with nothing on it. This is a sorry excuse for business-and Ill never ever ever come-back

Drive thru often takes 10+ minutes. If there is a problem with their registers and cant do drive thrus for a week or more, they dont post it. Instead we must go through the line to find it out. Nice people... but who manages it, not good.

Rarely gets my order correct. Food is typically bad (by Burger King standards). Rarely has the current kids toy. Every time Ive been here, one of the previous mentioned issues has occurred.
