This place seemed to run amuck. No professionalism withr yhe kids behind the counter. The young short guy taking our order would talk over us while placing the order. Robotic and uncaring. NO people skills. Disgusting. Next another person came in and a young girl took the order. After order was placed she and another young girl were at the register texting, talking about what the person on other end if phone was saying etc... Real 8th grade. As we left I looked behind and saw the same girl texting in front of a machine instead of working. These kids need managing. Worst service and attitude EVER. One bright spot... The woman that gave us our food was fabulous. Something was missing from the order and she said no problem. She will make fresh and bring it to us. She did and in abundance! Fresh and hot French fries overflowing. She said that was for the mistake. She was a bright spot on an otherwise HORRIBLE experience. Someone needs to do something at that store.

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru.. Got my food, checked and they had messed it up. Tried calling, no answer. So I had to wait again in the drive thru. Finally got to the speaker, told them my order was messed up and they said pull around. Wouldnt make my order so I didnt have to wait further. Instead wanted to check that they really messed it up. So 35 mins later im at the window.. He confirms my order was indeed supposed to be plain.. As the reciept stated. I then asked for my money back, was ignored. 8 mins later I was handed my bag of food. Order finally was right but I still didnt get my Sprite. Horrible... Never again So since McDonalds only accepts cash from 3am till ?? I went back to Jack n the Box.. This time the manager Robert was working...Thankfully. He made sure to repeat my special orders over the speaker, was incredibly polite and even indulged my talking his ear off. Cant recommend more. Robert goes way above board.

This Jack n The Box should clean house...fire the entire staff and start over with a new crew. They are very unprofessional, including the managers, the staff will often have on dirty uniforms, which reflects on the managers and district managers who allow them to look this way at work. The staff is generally very rude and immature acting, the slowest restaurant ever in history. There are just so many problems present at this location including the lobby and kitchen looking very dirty all of the time. I do appreciate a good burger from there every once in a while but I have to pass on this location because the experience and customer service are so horrible until it makes you not even want to eat there.

Writing this as I am trapped in line. This place is always pretty slow on the drive through, but it is raining so I thought it would keep people home. I pull on and see 1 car in the line - sweet! But I have been sitting here for almost 20 minutes. They have the type of drive through line where you cant escape. So the handicap driver on front of me is at the window. Just sitting. I didnt even see an exchange of money. Maybe he has died in the drivers seat and the window employees are using this as a break time??? If I get to move, I am not stopping to get my order. I am escaping and never coming back.

Worst location in town..service is incredibly slow. My last visit (literally) took nearly 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru, and I had only 3 cars in front of me. When I finally got my food, they got my order wrong, the guy working the window couldnt be bothered to work with any sort of sense of urgency. Im a business owner, I would fire the entire crew there...in a heartbeat. My soda had no syrup, so I got basically soda water, the wrong fries, and a cold burger..I will never, ever, go to that location again. Theyve lost me as a customer for life.

I give it a single star only because most the employees I interect with are super friendly. But yes it is the slowest fast food place I have ever been to in the us. Also not once have I gone and gotten my order right. Tonight that speaker was out and I had to drive up to the window. I only wanted 2 drinks without ice, And I watched them scoop ice...into both cups ...and then there was still a wait because IDK something about putting in the order. The employees were extremely polite though so I didnt complain but dear god

It was 4:00 pm and me and my family thought that we should grab something to eat so when we got in, nobody said hi what would you like to eat so we were waiting for her to say something but then the cashier said Im waiting and that was rude. Then my dad ordered 4 tacos but they gave him 18 tacos because the cashier wasnt paying attention. Then my brother ordered a burger without cheese and they gave him extra cheese. Then i asked for ranch but they didnt gave me ranch. This was totaly the worst Jack in The Box ever.

Drive thru always takes forever, then once you through the drive thru you find out your order is messed up and you have to go back thru the drive thru to get your order fixed. This isnt the first time I have had issues with this particular location... You would think i would learn by now drive a little farther to the one off of lebanon road where they are pormt and get uour order rite the first time. Im done with this loction and will not give them an other chance agian even if they are closer to my home.

Always have Bad Customer Sevice. I went yesterday and sat for 5 min with No Response at all so I said Hello and the Guy came on and said just 1 min. Waited another 5 min and I said are yall going to be Open today and the Guy came on Amd said Just 1 more min in a Rude tone. So I said " Thats what you said 5 min ago". Waited another min and Nothing. So the Car behind me had backed out and left I backed out of Drive thru and left as well. Worst Jack In The Box in town Everytime I go. Wont go Back again!!

This has to be the worse jack n the box I have ever been to. The doors were gross, the drive thru had a raggedy hand written note on it saying it was "down & come in" I went n the inside with my kids and the lady really didnt listen well at all. It was so many convos going on at once. I got my food and the only things that were good was the damn drinks. A man came in and was cussing behind the counter and etc. Just nasty,no good customer service at all,NEVER AGAIN

Went to get an order replaced that was wrong the morning before, it had been written down by an employee, when we got there we were talked to with hostility and she didnt even bother to look up the name or the order. Since she didnt speak to us she was accusing us of lying. Then proceeded to rudely tell us to move forward and didnt even replace the whole meal that was wrong. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Her name was Danielle. Will not return to that location.
